In my opinion, the staff, carers, etc, are always on time with no complaints and are always happy and very efficient in their work. I think they are very professional in their duties, together with their instructions of work and may I add their all happy in the work, which reflects very good services.

My husband has had the same person to sit with him for a few months and he reacts well and enjoys her company. She is cheerful and chatty which is just what he needs. On the days that a sitter comes to the house it means I can pick my grandsons up from school and take them for food without being on edge. This service is an enormous help and I really appreciate it.

I asked my mam about her sitter. Her words, "Oh, I love her, she is great, can't do enough for me, she makes me coffee, and we don't stop talking. She is so lovely and friendly to me". I have no complaints about the care my mother receives from you. All I can say is you are brilliant!

Since November 2024 I have to rely on Habitat Homecare. Who has provided an excellent and reliable service. The carers have been on time and has done my shopping and other household chores that I have asked them to do. As a disabled person I rely on a service such as this.

I am very pleased and happy with my husbands care. The staff are very efficient and friendly. All the staff are very respectful of my husbands needs. I have no problems or complaints and find the girls and office staff helpful at all times.

We have a sitting service which is excellent. The sitter arrives on time, is respectful and caring. We're really happy with the service and the company that provides the care.

I find the service for my mother very helpful with trusted people trained in how to support elderly clients. Each relates differently but the core standard of care is kind, reliable and tailored to her needs and personality, her interests and history. Whilst they are here, the sitters keep Mum safe while I am away from home, supporting us best with compassion and humour in difficult times. The service has really helped Mum and I through the challenges we face as her health deteriorates.

Excellent professional service from all girls. Much appreciated and makes such a big difference to my mother who suffered a stroke in 2017. Carers are always on time polite and courteous. Special special thank you to two particular members of staff! Most wonderful caring ladies. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Myself and my wife are very happy with all the girls that came here and sit with my wife. They're all very friendly, polite and very helpful. Never had any problems whatsoever. My wife enjoys their company very much, especially as she's unable to go out at all at the moment. She loves chatting to the girls. Keep u the good work. Many thanks.

The ladies who sat with Mum were all very friendly, helpful and caring. They enabled me to get a few hours of respite, much needed. Their understanding of dementia and Mum's needs were always met and I felt confident leaving her in their care. Sadly Mum is now in permanent care but I will always be grateful to Habitat Home Care for their services. Thank you everyone.

Habitat Homecare provided my Grandad with a hub which he attended Weekly for a number of weeks, he had a carer take him and bring him home while we were unable to do so with work. To see my Grandad smile and laugh when telling us his stories from his day is just so heartwarming as a family. Habitat means so much to us putting a smile back on my Grandads face. Living on his own for many years he's struggled with us working full time. Attending Habitat Homecare Hub, he's met new friends and enjoyed listening to everyone else's life stories, had chats over a cup of tea, played board games and generally felt valued. Thank you to all the carers you are amazing.

An excellent service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the carers will go above and beyond to assist my father, also helping my mother with things practical and emotional. They are a credit to the company.
