Habitat Homecare

I have no concerns with Habitat Homecare relating to calls whether it be change of carer or whenever a carer was running late. If I had to cancel a call it was no problem the matter was being dealt with a very professional attitude. Furthermore if a carer was running late I was called and explained the reason for the delay- very happy.

All staff from Habitat are amazing some of them, as I cannot mention any names, go over and beyond their duty to ensure my mother who is bedbound past 2 years has an enjoyable visit for the 2 hours. They have become her friendly and really looks forward to their visits. Thank you all for your kindness and respect.

IT is great for my dad and myself to know that we can go out for these hours and know my mother is in safe hands.

Very pleased with the service my mum receives from Habitat Home Care all staff are pleasant friendly, engage in conversation with my mum (who has Lewy Body Dementia) my mum is happy with staff to sit with her keeping her engaged and interested in topics she's interested in, both my sister and I welcome the break for a short time.

Turn up when expected and help in appropriate way. Over the time I have used this service there haven't been any negative issues. If I have to change time of appointment always try to meet my needs..

I think they are very professional in their duties, together with their instructions of work and may I add their all happy in the work, which reflects very good services.

On the days that a sitter comes to the house it means I can pick my grandsons up from school and take them for food without being on edge. This service is an enormous help and I really appreciate it.

Since November 2024 I have to rely on Habitat Homecare. Who has provided an excellent and reliable service. The carers have been on time and has done my shopping and other household chores that I have asked them to do. As a disabled person I rely on a service such as this.

We have a sitting service which is excellent. The sitter arrives on time, is respectful and caring. We're really happy with the service and the company that provides the care.

I find the service for my mother very helpful with trusted people trained in how to support elderly clients. Each relates differently but the core standard of care is kind, reliable and tailored to her needs and personality, her interests and history. Whilst they are here, the sitters keep Mum safe while I am away from home, supporting us best with compassion and humour in difficult times. The service has really helped Mum and I through the challenges we face as her health deteriorates.

Myself and my wife are very happy with all the girls that came here and sit with my wife. They're all very friendly, polite and very helpful. Never had any problems whatsoever.
