Lisa lives with their husband Rich and their two children in Swansea. A graduate of Swansea University with a degree in Genetics, Lisa worked in the Science & Research sector for over 17 years before setting up the business in 2015. She is also a Business Wales Mentor and a passionate member of the Gowerton Cricket Club.
Lisa is hugely driven to really make a difference in her local community and puts outcome-focused care and quality customer service at the front of the Habitat Homecare culture.
Roxy has worked in the care sector for many years in a range of settings from challenging behaviour, and mental health to most recently in domiciliary care. Roxy joined the Habitat Homecare Team as a Care Coordinator working her way up with increased responsibilities to her role as Care Manager.
Roxy has the Habitat Homecare motto 'Centred Around You' at her heart and works tirelessly to ensure both staff and clients' needs are cared for.

Gayle's journey with Habitat Homecare began in 2017 when she joined the care team as a community-based carer.
Now part of the senior team, Gayle's role is now client-focused dealing with reviews and ensuring our service is delivered to the highest standards.
Trish joined the Habitat Homecare team in 2021 as a care coordinator.
Within the senior team, Trish is responsible for our companionship service, staff supervision and spot check to ensure the service delivered is of the highest quality and staff are supported in their roles.
Nigel has been with the care team since 2020, originally as a community carer and now as our care coordinator ensuring all calls are covered.
Nigel is a fluent Welsh speaker and has a great rapture with both clients and staff.
Nicola heads our recruitment team, screening candidates and ensuring our staff have a great onboarding welcome to the Habitat Homecare team.
