I just wanted to give some positive feedback for one of dad's carers.
Chrissy over the last few months has been helping dad to fill in a book I gave him called "Dad what's your story "
I bought this book so that he could look back on his life and capture lots of his memories which very often
get lost. It has really helped to make him think and stimulate his brain and he has looked forward to Chrissy's visits.
Chrissy has gone above and beyond, taking him to where he used to live as a child and writing his story, capturing lots of lovely memories for me and my family.
When dad gave the book back to me at Christmas it was such a joy, I laughed and I cried and it will be forever treasured by us all.
I felt I needed to let everyone know what a fantastic carer Chrissy is.
In fact all the carers that visit dad are absolutely wonderful and we are so grateful for a lovely team.

Right at home carers helped look after my Dad up to the end of his life. He was treated with respect, dignity and extreme kindness by all the carers who visited him. When it was clear he was nearing the end of his life the administration staff sorted out everything with the NHS to make it possible
for him to remain at home and guided us, the family, as what to expect. We will always be extremely grateful to everyone involved in his care.

No problems noted, the care given by all the staff is above and beyond previous experiences with carers. Mum is very happy with each and every carer who has visited, and especially with her main carer.

They treat Dad with dignity and respect always offering a person centred approach. They keep him safe and tend to his personal care in a meticulous manner. Overall very satisfied including the support they give to me.

I first met my dad's carer in Sept 24 to discuss care for my dad, she was very professional and set the precedent for the care support was would receive. As a company they delivered on every level, giving 100%. I'm forever grateful.

Some great carers on here. Go above and beyond. Very caring and kind. Can phone office anytime and always call/email back. The app is a great help, to read the notes and times of visits. Care package was arranged within 24 hours. Excellent service all round.

Currently bedbound due to illness (palliative care). Ladies are lovely. 2 ladies 4 times a day. All caring and kind. Smiles and hugs given. Look after myself and also feed my dog and cat too. Always turn up and never missed a time or visit.
