I am happy with the phone and emails that I had received. There was regular updates and communication timeline was smooth. I wanted a good relationship with the care agency being provided to my family member and I can state that I have.

I have been using The AICS Group for three and a half years and one person has been my package manager and given me good people to help me. They told me I’ll never walk again and now I’m jumping and dancing and always happy.

Across May, I have been really happy with the care The AICS Group has provided me. All the staff has really supported me with life experiences. I love cooking and going to the gym and without the support workers and management team I would not be able to achieve my goals. Everyone I have met through
the company has been caring, helpful and lovely. I have been working with them for nearly 2 years and I really enjoy the service provided. All round, excellent.
