This company helped me out when I was in crisis as my care package from the hospital did not materialize. After trying to cope on my own with only friends for support for 9 days post-discharge, my sister in the midlands contacted the company who then contacted me immediately, arranged an assessment
and the care package of morning care by one carer commenced. The two carers who in turn came and assisted me were kind, caring, helpful and supportive, they treated me with dignity - can't praise them enough. They were always so polite and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company - nothing was too much trouble and they certainly helped me when I urgently needed help.
I can't thank them enough.

The carers are patient with my mum. They spend time to ensure she is clean, comfortable and happy. They spend time to ensure that her general health is fine and bring it to our attention if they feel something is wrong or my mum is feeling unwell. All round they provide a caring service that we are
happy with.

Excellent professional service. Caring and helpful. All staff understand my mum's needs and are always polite and helpful.
All staff fully understand mum's culture and needs.
Occasionally mum needs them out of hours and they are always ready to come out and help.
