This company helped me out when I was in crisis as my care package from the hospital did not materialize. After trying to cope on my own with only friends for support for 9 days post-discharge, my sister in the midlands contacted the company who then contacted me immediately, arranged an assessment and the care package of morning care by one carer commenced. The two carers who in turn came and assisted me were kind, caring, helpful and supportive, they treated me with dignity - can't praise them enough. They were always so polite and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company - nothing was too much trouble and they certainly helped me when I urgently needed help.
