Staff are all lovely and caring although timing of visits can sometimes be very late due to distance having to be travelled between clients and no travel time given to carers or not at all if family have been to client and given appropriate care to family member.

All of the carers know my care plan well, they always act accordingly with sensitivity and very good humour. This helps me to deal with my problems as their positive approach truly enhances the level of care I receive. All of the carers are knowledgable and professional but this certainly doesn't
stop from them giving my dogs a lot of attention; they are a key part of my everyday life so I receive reassurance from this.

The carers are always pleasant and helpful. They treat my wife with respect and care and are happy to chat with her. The carers are very tolerant of the dogs which is very important to us. We have been using south northhants care for year's and wouldn't change carers.
