I am exceptionally pleased with the service that this care company is providing. More so, the staff team treat me with respect and also promote my dignity and preferences. I am delighted to recommend this service to others who need support with daily care.

We have been delighted by the combination of professionalism and personal touch. The team works well and is communicative and efficient and seem to genuinely care. We have been very grateful that a pre-existing live-in carer has been able to be absorbed into the service and she is also very happy to have the extra support and shared responsibility + training that C4C have offered. Thank you so much for helping our family in these difficult and distressing times.

Care 4 Care arrived via the pallitive care team when my father was very sick with UTI sepsis and Alzheimer's disease. The care we have received has been invaluable, first class! The carer assigned to my father treats him with dignity and respect and is a wonderful support to our live-in carer. I have been very impressed by this service.

The same carers came each time. They were helpful, polite and treated my husband with care & dignity and gave him his full allotted time. No complaints at all.

My Auntie gets the best care possible for her age 101 she will be 102 next April. All her needs are met.

My uncle's carer has been an angel. She is always kind and she has a positive attitude and really puts her heart and soul into her caring. Not only is she reliable but she i salso a good communicator. When my uncle was in hospital and I was abroad, she visited him really went the extra mile for him. We have been so pleased with the carer and highly recommend Care 4 Care Service. Thank you.

Care 4 Care listened very accurately in May 2025, to our requirements for our family member. As the Parents of the Service User, we naturally wanted the best for our adult child, who was living in an Adult Care Home which was not able to provide one2one support. The need was for a companion to accompany our Adult Child to various activities during the week, as a 'Buddy', rather than a 'Carer'. We are over the moon with the incredible person selected for this role and our Adult Child is ecstatic with the new Buddy. We would HIGHLY recommend Care4CAre Services Ltd, as highly ethical, efficient and very compassionate. A huge Thank You to Care4Care for transforming every week of our Adult Child's life since May 25. We hope that this may continue as long as possible.

I've been very impressed by the improvement in the last few months in both the condition of Jacqueline's flat and her person. Both are much cleaner and Jacqueline is more content. It's also good that the numbers of different people visiting have been kept to a minimum so that Jacqueline can get to know the cares well. I understand that this is not easy to do so appreciate that some effort has been made to make this possible. It means that both carers and client have the opportunity to get to know each other and build a relationship.

I cannot praise Care 4 Care Services enough for the end of life service and care they provided to my mum. The team of carers treated my mum with complete empathy, always caring, diligent and very patient. They always showed her kindness and compassion throughout her care. I can honestly say they made my life so much easier and stress free. They were always so attentive to my mother's needs. Thank you for everything.

Care4Care provided 24 hour care for my father in 2024 . The service was totally reliable and was adaptable as our circumstances changed. The carers showed empathy and kindness at all times and built trusting relationships with the family.

My Daughter received cared at home due to her terminal stage 4 cancer diagnosis. She received daily visits from August 2024 until her passing in January 2025. The whole team were wonderful but I have to thank one staff member in particular for her outstanding care and devotion to my daughter in the last months of her life. One staff member in particular was a breath of fresh air; brightened my daughters's days with her delightful and happy personality. She showed compassion, encouragement and love; even visiting my daughter in the Hospice when not working in her spare time. The staff member continues to check on myself, my daughter's Mother and my surviving daughter and family. Without the staff member's true dedication and faith we could not have got through this most awful time of our lives. She is one of your greatest assets and a fine ambassador for your Company. Thank you from my heart.

CARE 4 CARE looks after my son who has hypoxic brain damage and is partly disabled. They have been doing caring and cleaning services for a couple of years now. My son has built a wonderful trusting relationship with his carers & cleaners. They are caring, understanding, patient, professional and very supportive. The owner, has always been very helpful, professional and supportive each time I've called, also with queries and any issues. She was very obliging when we've asked to meet, she came to my son's residence and had some very good suggestions to be implemented on our queries and concerns. She also listens to her client and she obliged in my son's preference in carer's whilst still being very professional and in guiding to keep giving the best service. We appreciate the care shown so very much. We highly recommend her and her team at CARE 4 CARE . I'd like to commend one of her staff: He is a outstanding and very caring carer, a real asset to Care4Care.

I write to support home care services for my wife and others who may have a need for home care. Moreover I am highly impressed and satisfied with the quality and outstanding service my wife is receiving from Care 4 Care Services Ltd. The staff team is very friendly, caring, patient with my wife. They are good in promoting person-centredness, and prioritising clients choice to achieve their goals. My wife is happy with the service she is receiving from the service. I will conclude by saying that I am proud of home care services and I support that such services will continue to make positive impact in the care industry.
