Hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Not care company, just company full stop. The stories I have,which are all backed up and documented with photographs, phone calls and emails, would leave you gobsmacked. From doors being left unlocked on numerous occasions, front door key
being lost, tablets going missing, visiting times and lengths of visirs often being missed and not adhered to, the house being left with excrement trodden and baked into carpets and floor without us being notified,but most seriously, a household appliance being burnt and left unusable by a carer because it was left on to long. The smouldering plastic pot which had burnt and melted was left by the carer, and my 89 year old relative tried to clean it up. In the process, accidentally getting some of the still smouldering plastic residue onto himself which stuck to and burnt a hole through his clothing! Meetings had, apologies given, items replaced, but that's really not the point, is it?
