The staff and management go above and beyond to provide the best care, to the best of their ability. They provided my Aunt with more than adequate care, always showing concern for her welfare and always eager and willing to help with any out of the ordinary requests from me as her next of kin.
The manager proved to be a rock as far as I was concerned, giving me sound advice and support whenever I was floundering with the organisations which should have been giving me the relevant support. My Aunt was a client of theirs for more than two years and they helped make her life easier and more comfortable during that time.
