Staff at Hands-On Homecare provide moral support for the relatives as well as the person they are supporting. The support for my mum was tailored to her needs taking into account her individual preferences. Staff are willing to go the extra mile to provide the best possible service and Mum received
great care and as her needs changed staff stepped up to meet them for both me and my mum. Thank you!

My disabled mother has always been very independent and it was difficult to persuade her to employ a carer. However, she is very happy with the quality of care she is receiving from Hands-on Homecare and I feel reassured that she is getting excellent care in her own home. I would highly recommend
Hands-on Homecare to anyone seeking help in their own home.

The care mum has had has been outstanding. The staff have been flexible, knowledgable, patient and understanding. We've never been let down and have confidence that mum's well being is always the priority.

Hands-On-Homecare has provided a fantastic service caring for my mother. It is the same carers that my mother has so she knows them well and they know her. They are reliable and punctual and always give my Mum the full time allocated to her. What I have appreciated the most is that Hands-On carers
treat my mother with utmost kindness and humour while always being professional. They are experienced carers and notice everything about her health and wellbeing. When my Mum was ill we could not have coped without them. I can't thank them enough.

Very friendly and helpful with all my questions regarding the home care services they can provide. Offered me advice and guidance regarding funding if I required. Even if I choose another provider, Hands-On Homecare would be happy to advise me. Really pleased.
