We started using Happy Valley Home Care in January 2022. We urgently needed some help at that time and they were very accommodating. They were a tremendous help and acted very professionally throughout these early days. Since then we've gradually needed to increase their services and they've always
done everything they can to provide the services we needed. My wife, and I, feel very happy with the care provided. All the carers are very friendly and we feel as if they are now our friends. We'd both have no problems in recommending Happy Valley to anyone who needs a friendly, but professional, Care Agency.

Excellent, safe and reliable care. Very attentive to patients' needs, care team regularly go above and beyond.
Care team is able to flex care up and down as per needs eg. from 4 daily visits to 5 daily visits when required.

The Happy Valley Care team have been supporting my 87-year-old mother with 30-minute daily calls since late 2022. We are both very pleased with the service provided. The staff are friendly, pleasant, caring and reliable and nothing is too much trouble. They have also taken Mum to the doctors and
helped her with medications. They have enabled Mum to remain independent in her own home, something which is very important to her. We would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Happy Valley are a great care agency. They have been looking after my mother for the past few months. She did not like the idea of carers initially but rapidly settled with Happy Valley carers. They are kind, considerate and effective.
They have enabled my mother to stay at home. They flex with
her needs and are very understanding.
As a family, they have given us great peace of mind.

From Easter 2018 to September 2018 the Happy Valley care team made up to three visits per day to my terminally ill Mum.
They were amazing. So happy and caring. Nothing was too much trouble, they never failed to put a smile on my Mums face. They gave us extra precious time and made a horrible
situation bearable. As a healthcare professional myself it was so touching and relieving to see such an excellent standard of care delivery. When there are so many people willing to criticise and complain I wanted to praise the team for doing such a wonderful job. They looked after my Dad and helped him care for my Mum as well as taking physical care of my Mum. And we will always be grateful and never forget them.
