I found care resources for dad amazing.
We didn't use care resources for long but they were fantastic from start to finished.
Listen to what we wanted as a family and how much and how little.
Nothing was too much trouble.
They spoke to dad and made conversation and had jokes to make
everyone feel at ease as that's was dads personality but always kept me in the loop of all dads care and details.
Tricia was amazing. We spoke all the time and was a real support for me through it all and was lovely to speak things over with her.
Nothing or anytime was ever any trouble.
Thank you for all you done for us and I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing care for a loved one.

My husband was looked after with exceptional kindness by the team of carers who were always cheerful and they helped Colin deal with his disease with great dignity . I feel he could not have been looked after better .

Just the best service I could have dreamt of. Having dealt with another company a couple of years back, it was with pure dread having to return to find help again this year.
Then was recommended Care Resource Bureau - and wow - the most helpful and professional people I could have only imagined.
Cannot thank them enough. I could not do without their help for mum. Truly amazing.

Care Resource Bureau have been absolutely fantastic in every aspect of caring for my mother. Nothing is too much trouble. There is no doubt that they have gone over and beyond to make mum's life more comfortable

Care Resource Bureau cared for my wife in her final two weeks. From my first contact with CRB’s owner to the carers’ last visit, everyone who dealt with us was caring, professional and kind. The carers made the daily tasks of keeping my wife clean and comfortable fun for her, and brought smiles and
laughter to her lips every day they visited. I cannot recommend CRB highly enough – everyone there was outstanding.

The Manager and her son who is a carer provided end-of-life care for my father - they got on like a house on fire which was lovely to witness. I have nothing but praise for the care provided. Since my dad died they have provided a live-in carer for my mum for the past five years and the level of
care provided has, again, been exemplary. There have been a considerable number of issues over these years that have been successfully resolved by the Care Resource Bureau in a timely, competent and caring manner. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending their services.

The Care Resource Bureau is fantastic. We have been so impressed with the level of care provided for my dad and how my mum's health needs have also been considered. The staff are all friendly, caring, happy and smiling. Communication is excellent. The care provided is holistic and the care plan is
adapted to my dad’s changing needs.

Over the last three years, my mother has received excellent support from live-in carers provided by Care Resource Bureau. I have also been extremely glad of the advice and guidance provided by the manager as her condition has changed. Overall excellent service.

I found care resources for dad amazing.
