North Shropshire home care has been providing my care now for 4 years. The carers are very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend it. Nothing is too much trouble. Very observant with my health. They have great communication when dealing with health care professionals. The staff are

Superb service. Staff helpful, kind, caring and considerate. Treat clients with respect. The house is kept clean and tidy. Always arrive at the agreed time and regular contact and updates from the manager. Absolutely recommend.

North Shropshire Homecare has been supporting my mother for eight months. The carers are all very good - supportive and helpful to Mum and also quick to alert family to potential issues or concerns (e.g. trip hazards or health problems). As I don't live with Mum, it is very useful to be able to
access the care notes remotely to see how Mum is at each visit. They are also very responsive to changes in Mum's condition and provide additional support if required. I can thoroughly recommend them.

The staff were so great with my husband and would go the extra mile and were so helpful. The best part was they always came at the same time every day with the same carers, which never happened with the previous agency we had.

The carers at North Shropshire Homecare deal with my granddad's needs extremely well. Due to his conditions he has very high needs which constantly change and they are very adaptable to the quick changes. They can't do enough for him and I can't recommend them enough.
