Highly professional company. Have been dealing with for a long time, and they have always been able to deal with our request. Whenever we have needed to make contact, they have been available on a 24/7 basis. Very reliable.

My aunt has had a 24/7 carer provided for the last 15-months. A few issues were encountered at the start, but these were worked through, and TLC has provided a good, stable and reasonably priced service since then.

My care, treatment and support are set out in a written plan that describes what staff need to do to make sure I receive personalised care. The agency provides exceptional, all-around support. A matching process of carers was used so that I received support from the most appropriate staff member.
This meant that positive relationships could be developed between staff and client who used the service. The staff were very well trained to care for me effectively and felt safe when received support.  The management team are very approachable if any issues arise.
