Whenever we have needed to make contact, they have been available on a 24/7 basis.
Very reliable.
My aunt has had a 24/7 carer provided for the last 15-months. A few issues were encountered at the start, but these were worked through, and TLC has provided a good, stable and reasonably priced service since then.
The agency provides exceptional, all-around support. A matching process of carers was used so that I received support from the most appropriate staff member. This meant that positive relationships could be developed between staff and client who used the service. The staff were very well trained to care for me effectively and felt safe when received support. The management team are very approachable if any issues arise.
Caring carers that do take an interest in their client.
Very clean and best health and safety practices.
