We are incredibly grateful for the care we received for our very elderly mum. It was so lovely to have the carers arrive at the same consistent times daily. They all made it their priority to get to know mum to treat her with love care and dignity. They were very polite and respectful to us and
toward our home. Even when mum neared the end of her life and care became very challenging they maintained the same cheerful spirit always going the extra mile. I can't recommend this company enough, we only wish we had found them earlier than we did. Thank you!

La Belle Care provided exceptional support for my wife during her final months. The ladies were always friendly, comforting, and genuinely caring - not only towards my wife but also towards our whole family. Their guidance, reassurance, and compassion made a difficult time much easier to bear.
There was great consistency in the carers who visited, which meant familiar faces and real trust. They were always punctual, professional, and offered a wide range of thoughtful, practical, and emotional support. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication they showed every single day.

My experience with La Belle Care for my mother in her last month of life was a positive one. Two members of the team turned up introduced them self explained to mother and me the care that would be given. Next day for 3 times a day two ladies came in washed/ put mum on commode with lots of dignity.
They built up a rapport with mother which was good. Made mum comfortable. Before they left always made mother a cup of tea with biscuits. Overall my experience was a very positive one.

La Belle care team is very kind, professional and provided my friend an outstanding support. They are very safe, welcoming and was full of compassion towards my friend. We saw they treated my friend like a family member taking care of their own family member.
I recommend this team to anyone who
wish to obtain a service from warm and caring care team.

Overall I am satisfied with my care, my carers are kind and friendly.
Sometimes the cutlery could be a little cleaner but is usually okay.

La Belle looked after my Nan for almost 3 years and I would like to express how grateful we all are for the carers that looked after her. Nan had another care agency before La Belle and always saw different faces but at La Belle they made sure she only had her regular girls who she loved dearly.

fantastic company that honestly has the best staff you could wish for. I didn't have much involvement with the office staff but they were polite on the phone when I did speak to them. It's the carers who we really want to thank. Nan loved you all.
