We are extremely satisfied with the level of care received from your company. All of your employees that come to us are very courteous and friendly. The standard of care ( washing etc.) is high and care is taken to ensure that we are satisfied with the work that is done. We will recommend your

Committed2Care truly lives up to its name.
From the very beginning, the team at Committed2Care has made me feel genuinely listened to and valued. They take the time to understand my needs, preferences, and concerns, never rushing or making assumptions. That level of attention creates real trust.
What stands out most is how comfortable and at ease they make me feel. Every carer is kind, respectful, and professional, and they always approach their work with warmth and compassion. It doesn't feel clinical or impersonal-it feels supportive, reassuring, and human.
Knowing that my voice matters and that my care is tailored around me makes a world of difference. I couldn't ask for a better care company and would wholeheartedly recommend Committed2Care to anyone looking for care that is truly thoughtful, attentive, and delivered with heart.

We cannot recommend highly enough this company. We changed to Committed2Care as previous provider were unprofessional and service poor. The management could not have been more professional and supportive. Calling 3 days prior to give our folder and plan, the carers we have had could not be more
caring friendly happy smiles, they do everything too ensure client is happy and comfortable. Breath of fresh air getting weekly rota. We feel so supported from this provider and staff credit too themselves.

I have had Committed 2 Care looking after my husband for almost a year and have to say how grateful I am to the care they give him. They have got to know him so well and know what his needs are and have on several occasions gone above and beyond to make sure his needs have been met and he's
comfortable, that extra cup of tea etc always welcome and I know he will be ok. They come through our door like a ray of sunshine and make him smile with a laugh or a joke and happy chatter and often cheer me up too ! They also spot early signs of a potential illness etc to make sure he receives the right medical professional if necessary. The team in the office are always there if there are any changes needed or help with transport to an appointment they are only too happy to help. So from the first contact a year ago to the present day I couldn't recommend them enough, they have been excellent, professional, kind and caring hardworking individuals, massive thanks everyone

We have carers in twice a week to give me a bit of time off. But I've been ill and was unable to care for my mother. Very relieved that Committed2Care were able to step in at very short notice and help us out. Can't thank them enough for being so flexible and trying to accommodate us.

The care provided by Committed2Care enabled our mother to pass peacefully at home. The staff treated our mom with love, care and gave her the dignified passing she deserved. We will be continuing to utilise C2C to support our dad to stay at home for as long as is possible. Their visits with dad
brighten his day.

We used Committed2Care for a care package for my mom.
I highly recommend this company for many reasons, the compassion that the carers showed to my mom was world class. The flexibility that they allowed when we needed more visits or to cancel visits was fantastic, they were very quick to react to
changes.
We definitely got value for money, the staffs skill level is very high, and all carers who visited my mom were caring, professional and hard working.
The office team were also always willing to help my family when required.
Overall this us a 5 star company who when required we would definitely use again.

The care afforded from the C2C Team is second to none, it feels like family members are caring for my Dad as each and everyone treats him with the utmost care and compassion and I couldn't recommend this Provider highly enough !!

Committed 2 Care was the only care company that my mother appreciated. My mother was a difficult client for any company to deal with both socially and physically but they always got it right (although some more than others).
Together with a particular staff member and crew in the office and carers
making the visits I can say that they all rank very highly in the eyes of my mother (now deceased) and family members.

We have used Committed2Care services for about 9 months. The team have been brilliant and allowed my father extra time in his home whilst we have all come to terms with living with Alzheimer's. Without their support and understanding this would have been a very difficult time for us as a family
and their attentiveness towards him has been outstanding. His main care giver was amazing - she has kept him grounded and comforted in times of confusion.
Many thanks for all your assistance - Finding Committed2Care and employing your services was the best thing we could have done.

I want to express our gratitude for how you cared for our late mother. From the day we enquired right through the whole time, you were all amazing, and as mom came towards the end of her life, a special mention to mom's regular carers, all of them were amazing however we
have to mention specifically, The carers who were nothing short of amazing angels. Not only caring for mom in her last few days with absolute care, compassion and developing a beautiful relationship with our mother, but supporting us as a family. They are an absolute credit to your organisation, and as a company, I couldn't recommend you enough. You hear a lot of horror stories about community care companies. Well, this is not the case with Committed to Care. From Mom's children, please accept this. Thank you for doing such an amazing job, and please continue the amazing work you all do. Thank you so much again to all staff at committed to care.

Excellent service, always friendly and caring staff. The team that care for my husband are amazing and very well trained. His face lights up when they arrive. As someone who works and cares, I have to have a routine, and Committed2Care are amazing at sticking to the time slots allocated so I know
where I am when it comes to planning. I am confident when I am not around, my husband is in very safe hands.

Was made aware of Committed2Care, having experienced "issues" with the service we were using.
Can only say I regret not using them before, simply excellent, staff communities, caring and very kind & helpful.

When it became apparent in 2020 that our Mum needed care to enable her to stay in her own home, I looked for suitable care agencies online, chose Committed2Care and couldn't have made a better choice. The care our mum received over the years was truly outstanding and Committed2Care was able to
accommodate her changing needs with tender, loving care. I truly believe that our amazing mum achieved her 100th birthday due to Committed2Care's care. I always knew that mum was in safe hands and nothing phased the carers - they were always cheerful, friendly and interested in mum who looked forward to the calls and built up a rapport with her regular carers who knew what she liked to eat and which clothes she liked to wear. The carers adapted as mum's needs changed and would contact me with any concerns. Mum couldn't have had better care during her last few weeks and we will always be very grateful for the love and compassion shown to mum and her family during that difficult time. Thank you.

Committed2Care cared for both of my parents in their final years. I could not recommend them more highly. They treated them both with respect and compassion.
The staff are reliable, kind and friendly. Office staff do their best to accommodate the patient's changing needs, e.g. altering call times
to fit around external medical appointments etc. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The carers are worth their weight in gold and gave us all peace of mind. A-star from me!

Whilst I was on holiday earlier this month, my daughter became ill during the night and was in a mess. She tried to get out of bed to get the soiled bedding off but slipped and ended up on the floor where she spent the night. Early the next morning she called her usual carer, not knowing if she was
on duty or not. That carer came straight round to help her and whilst she was there another carer arrived and they cleaned and changed the bed and showered her and put her back to bed to rest. I can't thank them enough for what they did, they are truly caring individuals.

We used C2C for the care of my father-in-law, he was housebound and in quite poor health in the latter years but his carers were absolutely lovely and tended to all his needs at all times. For any issues, I had a message to notify me of them and we'd liaise very well at all times. A great care
company that I'd recommend to anyone who needs a loved one to be cared for.

Commted2care has been a real breath of fresh air for my Mother, the staff is first and foremost Caring, professional, friendly, and talkative, and keeps me informed on my mother's well-being, both physical and mental.
Mom loves them as well. They are patient with my mother as she can be, but not
the most helpful client in the mornings at times.
Overall, I would highly recommend Commited2Care if you are looking for a care agency for loved ones.
