Special thanks for the love shown on her passing

The carers who visited our home were excellent. They treated my husband and I as friends and became very dear to us both. They made a massive difference to our lives. We just couldn't have coped without them.

What a refreshing change to the carers that were allocated to my mom upon discharge from hospital. We have found ALL of the staff very pleasant and willing to do whatever mom needs when we are not around, in complete contrast to the previous staff. Your staff arrive on time are very professional and speak to my mom like the wonderful person she is and not like a child. All of my interactions with the office staff have been very informative and professional whilst also remaining friendly and actually very interested in my mom and her care thank you all so much xx

It was from a good friend that I try committed 2 Care as he had a fantastic experience with them. The care from the carers are absolutely brilliant, always going that extra mile in which ever task they are given to complete. Personal care is always to the highest standards and always followed by is there anything else we can do for you. Manager Louise and owner kerri are both lovley real people with a passion in mind to change the outlook on what care should be. I can not thank them enough.

Committed2care are a very professional and caring firm. Mum came out of hospital in October and needed care. The carers came 4 x a day firstly a single carer then progressed to 2 carers as Mums situation became worse. The carers were always courteous, kind and professional towards Mum and us as her family. They became more than Mums carers they became friends. Sadly mum passed away. Thankyou to you all for making Mums life bearable.

It means the world knowing he is cared for by people who genuinely want the best for him. A huge thanks !

Committed2Care have provided an excellent care service for my father. The carers are friendly, kind, compassionate, trustworthy, and competent. I never imagined my dad would be so comfortable having carers to assist in so much of his life. They assist where needed and allow independence too.

Comitted to care was recommended to be by a person who had used the company to care for their mum who had a long battle with cancer. At the time we were using a company, who provided live in care, but the standard of care was questionable. My dad has dementia and quite advanced at this point and my mum was struggling to cope. Comitted to care offered practical care and also a lovely guy took my dad to the pub 4 times a week for a couple of hours, to give my mum a rest. My dad's dementia is now so advanced, he needs 24 hour care, so unfortunately he is now in a care home. My 89 year old mum was so impressed with the care the company provided, we set up a care package for her. They have never let us down, my mum has a regular carer, which is really important to her. She is lovely and always goes above and beyond to meet all my mums daily needs. The girls at the office are also very supportive and lovely to deal with. I cannot praise this company enough, would recommend 100 percent.

Excellence experience. All the carers go above and beyond. They are in contact with us relatives all the time. When we reach out for support they always come up with a solution even at short notice. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Committed2Care started to look after my dad in September 2025, from the beginning the care was amazing. My dad was reluctant at first but very quickly came to understand they were there to help him and then looked forward to their visits. It took the worry away from me . All the staff were amazing ,friendly ,helpful and understood my dads needs. In his last hours the palliative care they provided to keep my dad comfortable and were he wanted to be in his own home i cannot thank them enough. This company is amazing,professional,compassionate and patient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks who looked after my dad . Thank you.

We are extremely satisfied with the level of care received from your company. All of your employees that come to us are very courteous and friendly. The standard of care ( washing etc.) is high and care is taken to ensure that we are satisfied with the work that is done. We will recommend your company to people that are looking for a carer.

We cannot recommend highly enough this company. We changed to Committed2Care as previous provider were unprofessional and service poor. The management could not have been more professional and supportive. Calling 3 days prior to give our folder and plan, the carers we have had could not be more caring friendly happy smiles, they do everything too ensure client is happy and comfortable. Breath of fresh air getting weekly rota. We feel so supported from this provider and staff credit too themselves.

I have had Committed 2 Care looking after my husband for almost a year and have to say how grateful I am to the care they give him. They have got to know him so well and know what his needs are and have on several occasions gone above and beyond to make sure his needs have been met and he's comfortable, that extra cup of tea etc always welcome and I know he will be ok. They come through our door like a ray of sunshine and make him smile with a laugh or a joke and happy chatter and often cheer me up too ! They also spot early signs of a potential illness etc to make sure he receives the right medical professional if necessary. The team in the office are always there if there are any changes needed or help with transport to an appointment they are only too happy to help. So from the first contact a year ago to the present day I couldn't recommend them enough, they have been excellent, professional, kind and caring hardworking individuals, massive thanks everyone

We have carers in twice a week to give me a bit of time off. But I've been ill and was unable to care for my mother. Very relieved that Committed2Care were able to step in at very short notice and help us out. Can't thank them enough for being so flexible and trying to accommodate us.

The care provided by Committed2Care enabled our mother to pass peacefully at home. The staff treated our mom with love, care and gave her the dignified passing she deserved. We will be continuing to utilise C2C to support our dad to stay at home for as long as is possible. Their visits with dad brighten his day.

The care afforded from the C2C Team is second to none, it feels like family members are caring for my Dad as each and everyone treats him with the utmost care and compassion and I couldn't recommend this Provider highly enough !!

Together with a particular staff member and crew in the office and carers making the visits I can say that they all rank very highly in the eyes of my mother (now deceased) and family members.
