Initially very satisfied with care. However, was given only a month's notice that I had to look for new carers as Committed2Care were to concentrate on Tamworth and didn't have the staff to cover Burton.
I have since heard that several of the Burton staff have left as they were being asked to travel
some distance for their shifts.
Happy with the staff. Unhappy with the management.

The information you have is incorrect. C2C are well established within Tamworth, as such, no focus is needed but C2C never compromise standards. After meetings with staff over revised availability and other issues it meant we had to hand packages back in line with CQC guidance or be prepared to provide substandard care at weekends as revised availability would have left calls uncovered, cut short or times changed which is not in anyone’s best interest.
Revised staff availabilities resulted in C2C handing packages back, but staff were advised that shifts would be available in either the reduced Burton area or Tamworth that would better suit their revised weekend availability.
We apologise for the upset but feel safe delivery of care is absolute priority and feel this is actually good management. Should you wish to discuss to allow a balanced view, please feel free to call.

Good, honest and caring staff. Very pleased with the care given and the communication is so good. Timings vary on occasion, but all sessions are covered without rushing and they leave the home clean and tidy.

It is difficult to express my profound admiration for the care, attention and love given to my mom during her final months.
The care provided was of the very highest standard. Mom was cared for in a loving way, which truly meant a great deal. I always found the owner to be very professional and genuine
person who is very passionate and considerate about the care they provide. Each member of the team is so friendly and caring, you were made to feel like family. They always made time to talk and answer any questions you asked. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
They were extremely efficient and punctual, providing a high standard of care which was always provided with careful consideration of the needs of the patient and the family. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything that you did for our mom and for all of the support that you gave to us as a family. Tamworth is truly blessed to have such a fantastic company and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Wow! What an amazing company. They provided outstanding care for my mom and also helped with lots of support for the family when we had so many worries and questions. With such considerate care, nothing was ever too much trouble and my mom felt loved by all the staff. They were all so kind, patient
and friendly. The experience of having a loved one declining before your very eyes was so difficult and devastating, but having Committed2Care beside us every step of the way was invaluable. We will always be eternally grateful.

Committed2Care are an awesome care agency, they go out of their way to provide high quality care. Going above and beyond with helping with my brother, keeping him safe and well at home. We couldn’t have kept him at home for as long as we have without the care from all staff at C2C. The relationship
my brother and his carers (including all the office staff ) have is awesome, he brightens up when they walk through the door, having a laugh when he is well and they also recognise as soon as they walk through the door when he is unwell and act immediately, which helps keep him well and able to stay at home. I will be forever grateful to C2C and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this care agency if you wanted trusted, reliable and excellent providers of care for your loved ones.

Up until recently the whole team for Committed2Care has been excellent. They have always looked after my mother extremely well, you cannot fault the girls. Four weeks ago I received an email giving my mother 4 weeks' notice that they would no longer look after my mother despite looking after her for
two years! This was totally out of the blue. This added a great deal of stress to my mother who has mobility issues and dementia.
Committed2Care stated, "This was due to staffing issues". When I spoke to the manager he stated that this was due to various staff leaving and could not get replacements, however, the 4 carers that supported my mother were not leaving, perhaps it is down to achieving a better rate from other clients.
Now due to the above 3 out of the 4 carers have now left due to being placed in an impossible position by their company, one of the carers was in tears when she told me she was leaving.

Also I know our office manager has always communicated effectively with you so unsure what part of management you’re unhappy with and question if this is down to us giving notice? C2C never compromise standards and after meetings with staff over revised availability and other issues it meant we had to hand packages back or provide substandard care at weekends as the revised availability would have left calls uncovered, cut short or times changed which is absolutely not in any service users' best interest and would have impacted Mum as well as others, increasing her stress. Committed2Care carers and the admin team were absolutely wonderful in all aspects of their job. They cared for my dad, going way passed what I expected from a care company. Not only did they care but they were compassionate too. They informed me of everything I needed to know and kept in touch either
by little notes or phone calls. They looked after my dad for 6 months and then finally for palliative care and gave him 100%. They certainly are the best in my eyes.

A wonderful team providing great care. The carers are genuinely attentive, nothing is too much trouble. They are reliable, professional and also provide me with peace of mind knowing someone is on hand for Mom. Mental care and support are just as important as physical and the carers always have time
to listen and chat as well as provide day-to-day care and reassurance. Highly recommended.

All the staff that care for my mother are very friendly and provide the service that helps her lead a happy and safe life at home.

I cannot praise this company highly enough! Last year my 90 year old mother badly broke her arm after a fall. I contacted Committed2Care Ltd to obtain home support so that the family could keep her living in her own home where she had been for over 50 years. From the outset they have been professional,
reliable and efficient but, above all else, all the staff we have been in contact with have been so sensitive and caring towards Mum. I am totally confident to leave the daily care in their hands. My mother really trusts them and I can see how well she is now doing with the help of their care and support. For her, they have literally turned a frightening situation into one where she feels happy and secure. She enjoys their visits where they always take time to chat with her and keep an eye on what she needs.
Their wonderful caring and professional service has ensured that a terrible stressful crisis for my elderly mother became manageable and did not necessitate her having to leave her own home.

My grandfather has around 8 regular carers and everyone goes above and beyond to help him. From his day-to-day care to helping with cleaning, washing and even taking his bins out each week. Communication with carers is great and the admin team are always fast to answer the phone or respond to emails.
I am so happy that this organisation was recommended because we would all be lost without them.

Committed2Care really are committed to their clients!
Committed2Care were the only company that stood out when I read their CQC reports. It’s rare to see a care provider receive an “exceptional grade” for their carers! I discussed everything with my husband’s medical team and they were astounded when
I advised them that Committed2Care had an “exceptional grading” for their carers.
We have found Committed2Care very easy to work with and I must give them a big shout-out for their diligence and hard work throughout Covid too!
My husband's carers are particularly patient with him when he is confused, which is often. They always treat him with dignity and respect. When he is admitted into hospital, he will never allow their staff to bathe, feed or really touch him and he always brags to them that “his carers will be waiting for him when he gets home”.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants and needs exceptional care and service from a very professional company.
