I use Townfield as a support for me to be able to have a bit of time to myself, as the main carer for my husband who has dementia, I find Townfield to very supportive and try to cater for the needs of my husband and myself.

Six months ago we realised we needed a care agency to support mum for when were working as we could not be there at all times. We weren't sure how mum would react as mum was a very independent lady. Mum looks forward to the carers coming and has built a really good relationship with all her carers.
They always treat mum with the upmost respect & care and if they have any concerns they ring me which is great because it gives me peace of mind and I feel included in all aspects of mums care.

I am extremely happy with the overall care my client receives from Townfield Agency staff. Office staff are extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. No issues.

Townfield Home Care have been coming to our house since June 2021 to visit my son. The care given to him has been outstanding. Every single carer treats he and I with the utmost respect. They do all that is required of them and cannot do enough for us. The manager at the Haslingden office sorts
anything extra we need out and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help us. I would recommend Townfield Homecare without hesitation.
