really nice touch, a little Christmas bag with chocolate drink lolly, clever idea I've never seen before and a small packet of the most delicious crunchy butterscotch flavoured cookies by a company I've not heard of before! a lovely touch from the company who's carers go above and beyond inntheir

It is over the last year not just individual months. I am unhappy with how my husband who is registered blind was asked to sign something which he can't read, me or my son was not informed about the visit. Two thirds of the carers are really good caring, interested and helpful. Some of the carers
don't even say hello to me or declare themselves when they walk in. I am not happy with the service overall, some carers are in for 10 minutes sometimes less. There has been several occasions when the valve on leg bag has been left open, I have to get my son or granddaughter to come around and change the bed but it won't get rid of the smell of urine. My son was so disappointed with the service provider not getting back in touch that he phoned the C.Q.C only after this did the provider approach the issues he raised. If on any occasion anyone comes to see my husband myself or my son should be notified in advance. This is not a 5 star review.

My Homecare have looked after Margaret very well over the last 12 months and I am very grateful to them as I couldn't have managed without them. The staff are very respectful at all times Many thanks Peter Wych

My family would like to say thank you for the care and support you have given my dad in the short time we have known you: unfortunately, he was taken into hospital. All your staff have been trained to a high standard for they are genuinely impressive showing their patience, energy and support! He
said it meant a lot to him and could ask for anything without feeling uneasy! Carers you should be proud and wishes only the best for you all. At the moment he’s in respite for a few weeks and hopefully on returning home he gets to see you again, he calls you little angels.
A professional agency and would definitely recommend your service! We hope we will see you all again soon. Keep up the good work, take care, thank you.
