Comfort Care At Home has provided exceptional support to my grandmother over the last year. Staff have consistently been professional, compassionate & attentive. They always took time to talk to and listen to her. They helped create an environment where she felt safe, comfortable & respected in her
own home. The team has been reliable & their training & expertise became increasingly valuable as her needs grew. They were genuinely kind and pleasant people to have around, bringing a warm and positive energy into the house. I would highly recommend their services to others.

From the very first meeting Comfort Care at Home showed the greatest care and expertise. Shamsah Lalji and her team are without a doubt the best care providers that my Mother had and she unfortunately had quite a few following many stays in hospital and many bad experiences. It is very difficult to
make a decision when there are so many care providers. As soon as Comfort Care took over I knew that Mum was in good hands. You feel as if you are part of a family. There are no fancy apps; no box- ticking; no time-filling or clock watching. There is the simplest social media group dedicated to the person being looked after with direct communication with all concerned. No need to phone switchboards or leave unanswered messages. You can see that the carers know what they are doing. They are experienced. They are gentle. They REALLY care. The whole team followed Mum very closely and looked after everything from medication to hygiene and meals. My only regret is that I didn't meet them before.

I cannot praise the team at Comfort Care at Home enough. The care provided was of the highest order. They were also an immense help both to my uncle and myself over a sustained period of time. My grateful thanks go to the whole team.

I needed help at very short notice and was accommodated swiftly and efficiently. I was tended to by three carers, all of whom were excellent and made me feel at ease. There is no more that needs to be said !

My mother has 3 care visits a day. There are no issues with time keeping etc. My mother is no doubt challenging in wanting to hold on to as much control/independence as possible so the care team have to do a balancing act - respect mum but also ensure she gets the care she needs - they are very good
at this.

They always show kindness, gentleness, and immense patience. Their friendly demeanour makes every interaction a pleasure, and they're also incredibly supportive, always willing to lend a hand and share their helpful advice.

My sister has received help from Comfort Care at Home for several years. She is so grateful for the carers' visits as they are not only helpful with the daily tasks she finds challenging, but they are kind and give her autonomy. As someone with Asbergers syndrome my sister can be trying to say the
least, but they are patient and always helpful. The carers are very well trained, they are punctual and polite and always let her know if they might be a bit late. The management team is also superb and they go out of their way to ensure that my sister's needs are met. She phones them constantly for minor problems in her life and they show endless patience with her frequent calls . I cannot recommend them highly enough

Mum's carers are highly trained and attentive to her needs, the consistency of quality delivered and our close connection to their senior management group makes us all feel secure.
Our ability to enhance mum's quality of life has been increased due to the suggestions and empathy that the carers
provide. Mum wouldn't survive independent living without them!!

The care provided has made such a difference to the whole family. My dad seems to be more alert than he has been for a long time. It's reassuring to know that a trained carer is looking out for him and will report back to us any changes in his health. I can also see a big difference in my mum's
health who was struggling with the responsibility. The communication between us and the carers is amazing. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs care.

The provider always communicates with the family regarding any concerns that the carer has about the client. We appreciate the continual contact. The carers are attentive. Easy to get in touch with the provider at any time. Professional.

I am happy with my carers and I am very happy with the service I get. Since I have been having them my confidence has grown, I would worry about walking but they take me out every week. Always willing to help me with any housework and appointments I might have.

A highly professional service provided by an excellent team. Communication with the family is first class and the agency acts with real care and concern. We are also greatly assisted by the agency liaising with healthcare providers. Overall, an excellent standard of care.

We have known Comfort Care for a number of years now. The service has been outstanding throughout. Both the management and the fully trained team of carers are empathetic and professional when working with our mother who has complex needs. We truly appreciate the detail of care that is shown on a
regular basis. The warmth and kindness of all the carers is something that shines through on each care visit. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

Excellent service.
Comfort Care has been visiting our parents since September last year. The manager impressed with the thoroughness of her initial visits and through the care she took to listen and respond to client needs.
The carers are friendly and helpful and communication is excellent -
both with clients and with family members. Any changes to the schedule are always well-signalled in advance.
The management team are also friendly, responsive and knowledgeable - always happy to review care provisions or make time to jump on a call if anything needs extra discussion. We feel very confident in Comfort Care and are hoping to increase visits over time in step with our parents' needs.

Comfort care at home has only been caring for my elderly father for two weeks. I knew my father needed care but was very nervous that he would refuse care. But right from the first meeting the owner and care team showed such understanding and care towards my father and family. They have taken some
of the pressure off my family by caring in such a professional way and have helped to contact other professionals to help. They are a great comfort to my mother as she has a lovely daily chat with the care team. I would highly recommend Comfort care at home.
