My husband Ted was cared for by the team from September to December 2025 and from day one he. was treated with exceptional love kindness with extreme dignity and compassion and through out the entire time.
Not only was Ted supported, but they showed nothing but respect and care for myself and my
children (adults) and it was appreciated by us all at such a difficult and upsetting time in our lives,
We want to thank the whole team for everything they done and will remember them all, we met some incredible people along this journey with kinds and please know we will never forget you all xx

The members of the care team treat both of my parents with respect and dignity which is so important. All have a lovely disposition, considering how hard they all work. It's comforting knowing that my mum especially is well looked after.

I can only complete this on behalf of wife who is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's. She is not really aware of who the carers are, or why they are here. The carers are kind and considerate to my wife and help her as much as possible.

Huge thanks to Leelin Care for the incredible support they've given my brother. They're always there when we need them-reliable, kind, and truly caring. I've called in several urgent situations, and they've been at the door in just 10 minutes. Couldn't ask for better care. Thank you!

What can I say the carers were very professional showed emphath dignity compassion respect not just to my partner who was on end of life but to his family as well carried out their job with professionalism always communicated with my partner and family always put a smile on my partners face not once
did they ever let us down so a big thank you to you all and I would highly recommend you x

Excellent service. The carers are well trained and very professional and helpful in their approach to the care required. My father is elderly and bed bound, they take care of his needs very well. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.

The care team and kind and friendly and treat my husband with care and dignity. The arrive at the times stated and are accommodating.
The morning routine leaves my husband ready for the day.
The room is left clean and tidy.

A particular member of staff is very efficient and cheerful. His timekeeping is excellent. He remembers to change my husband's catheter bag from one leg to the other and makes sure my husband is settled before he goes. The rest of the staff have been very helpful and especially the sitters who keep
my husband amused while I'm out shopping.

The carers are friendly, caring and considerate. They always complete the tasks to be done efficiently in a timely manner.
When times of the visits were not ideal they took this on board and changed the visit times at the request of my grandfather.
He is very happy with the support they provide
him.

After trawling through lot's of care providers, we chose Leelin Care.
We are very glad we did, the carer's are kind, patient and make a real effort with my Dad who at 91 can be a bit of a challenge!
Dealing with the office/admin staff is a breeze, nothing is too much trouble and we have nothing
but good to say about the overall level of care and commitment they provide!

The care provided has been excellent. The carers are friendly, kind and efficient. The carers are well trained and respectful. They have treated my husband with care and respect and he has been very comfortable allowing them to deal with his personal care.

The carers are very good. They provide very good service with dignity & respect. We are very satisfied with their services. The only slight concern is time management. Many times they arrive much ahead of scheduled time slot and most of the time they don't stay full agreed time slots.

Our short time with Leelinhealthcare Ltd has been extremely good, My husband looks forward to seeing the carers and enjoys talking to them and they are extremely patient in interacting with him, we have no issues with whomever comes to our house.

Leelin provided care at home for my mother when her dementia began to make it difficult for her to manage on her own from April 2024 until she entered a care home in February 2025. The team are super responsive, always go the extra mile and are so kind. I live over 200 miles away and Leelin were
always available to help at short notice for appointments and extra welfare checks. My mother would not have been able to stay in her own home for as long as she did without these lovely people. Not only did they support her but also helped me navigate this difficult time with a great deal of empathy. I cannot praise them enough.

The carers are all respectful people, very helpful and friendly. They are nice to talk to and always help me with whatever I need - be that to sort and organise my medication, preparing meals and doing my bedding and laundry.

Efficient, courteous carers. Arrive on time and perform their duties within the time allowed and to the best of their abilities. Always willing to collect medication from my pharmacy.
