My husband was cared for extremely well by the team. Staff took the time to get to know him, which is very important, and treated him with dignity, respect, and empathy. They also took an interest in me and our son by checking on our well-being; some of the carers felt like family. From chatting with them, most of the carers were doing this job with love, not just to pay the bills! I also want to comment on the company's management; it's run with passion. Ivy clearly takes great pride in the Leelin Healthcare name; she built this company from the ground up. The office staff were always very polite and responsive to requests and feedback. Working in education, I took an interest in their training and was reassured to hear that it is extensive. Many of their staff are trained in palliative and end-of-life care, and what is wonderful to see is that they embrace learning.
Having never experienced home care before, I now realise that these carers are unsung heros. Thank you

Unfortunately initially there were a few occasions when visits were missed due to communication issues but managers communicated this to me and were apologetic and worked hard to resolve any issues, I was impressed with my dealings with managers.

Leelin provided care at home for my mother when her dementia began to make it difficult for her to manage on her own from April 2024 until she entered a care home in February 2025. The team are super responsive, always go the extra mile and are so kind. I live over 200 miles away and Leelin were always available to help at short notice for appointments and extra welfare checks. My mother would not have been able to stay in her own home for as long as she did without these lovely people. Not only did they support her but also helped me navigate this difficult time with a great deal of empathy. I cannot praise them enough.
