• To involve service users and Support Workers in the provisions, management and development of services which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework ensuring that the service is run in the best interests of service users.

The carers are very good. They provide very good service with dignity & respect. We are very satisfied with their services. The only slight concern is time management. Many times they arrive much ahead of scheduled time slot and most of the time they don't stay full agreed time slots.

Leelin provided care at home for my mother when her dementia began to make it difficult for her to manage on her own from April 2024 until she entered a care home in February 2025. The team are super responsive, always go the extra mile and are so kind. I live over 200 miles away and Leelin were always available to help at short notice for appointments and extra welfare checks. My mother would not have been able to stay in her own home for as long as she did without these lovely people. Not only did they support her but also helped me navigate this difficult time with a great deal of empathy. I cannot praise them enough.
