The team supported Mum over a six-week period, up to her death. Their involvement enabled us to fulfil her desire to die at home. The carers were kind and respectful to Mum and any family who were visiting.

The team supported Mum over a six-week period, up to her death. Their involvement enabled us to fulfil her desire to die at home. The carers were kind and respectful to Mum and any family who were visiting. Mum was frail and experienced some falls. We were able to take breaks away from Mum's care knowing that the carers would be there at certain times and she was safe. We will be eternally grateful for the support we received, particularly when we were offered overnight care towards the end of Mum's life.

The young people who cared for my husband in his last weeks of life were excellent. They attended him with kindness and good humour and they were always happy and willing to make his life, and mine, as positive as possible, right to the end.

The carers that visit my 96-year-old mum are wonderful. They are friendly and caring, and at the same time professional. My mum is quite frail, and it hurts her to be moved around, so carers are very gentle when washing and changing her. They have been a Godsend.

You should be very proud of all the staff that cared for Mum, all were patient, kind, and caring, we could not have asked for anything more for Mum. We are all so thankful and Mum was so sorry that she wouldn't get to see the carers after moving into a care home.

Generally good, but not all carers seem to have the training and relied on the more experienced. Had to be told what was needed and also needed to have a detailed things-to-do sheet.
