Person-Centered care forms the core of the service provided at Leelin Healthcare Ltd and staff are committed to meeting these aims and objectives:

•        To deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain the clients overall quality of life, i.e dealing with Complex care needs and End of life care with high standards of care.

•        To match the nominated Support Worker as closely as possible with the client, and respecting the need to change the Support Worker in the event of subsequent non-compatibility.

•        To manage the Care Service efficiently and effectively, to make best use of resources and to maximise the value of money for the purchaser/ Service User.

•        To involve service users and Support Workers in the provisions, management and development of services which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework ensuring that the service is run in the best interests of service users.

My wife always remarked how caring and gentle the care team were whenever they visited and it was a comfort to know how well looked after she was in spite of only having the carers visit for a short period before she sadly passed away. I would like to thank each and every team member who visited her
and would highly recommend this Home Care Provider.

The team supported Mum over a six-week period, up to her death. Their involvement enabled us to fulfil her desire to die at home. The carers were kind and respectful to Mum and any family who were visiting.
Mum was frail and experienced some falls. We were able to take breaks away from Mum's care knowing
that the carers would be there at certain times and she was safe.
We will be eternally grateful for the support we received, particularly when we were offered overnight care towards the end of Mum's life.
Thank you to each and every team member.

The young people who cared for my husband in his last weeks of life were excellent.
They attended him with kindness and good humour and they were always happy and willing to make his life, and mine, as positive as possible, right to the end.

The carers that visit my 96-year-old mum are wonderful. They are friendly and caring, and at the same time professional. My mum is quite frail, and it hurts her to be moved around, so carers are very gentle when washing and changing her. They have been a Godsend.

The team are friendly, helpful and most importantly caring. Have been flexible in providing the best care possible. The medications are provided as part of the service and are reliably applied. The care my father-in-law experienced in his last week of life was outstanding. All the carers were friendly/professional and so kind. They made it possible for my father-in-law to remain at home in his final days.
They were respectful of the house and lovely and gentle with my father-in-law.

You should be very proud of all the staff that cared for Mum, all were patient, kind, and caring, we could not have asked for anything more for Mum. We are all so thankful and Mum was so sorry that she wouldn't get to see the carers after moving into a care home.

Generally good, but not all carers seem to have the training and relied on the more experienced.
Had to be told what was needed and also needed to have a detailed things-to-do sheet.
Notes on the app are not detailed enough and not accurate of what they did.

All the carers were absolutely amazing, caring and considerate. They treated Mum with respect and worked patiently with her.
It was lovely to see the same regular carers each visit as we built up a good relationship and they got to know how to best support Mum.
The carers were always friendly,
happy and chatty, totally dedicated to their jobs, always a service with a warm smile.

I cannot fault the care my dad has received! After an awful experience with his previous carers I couldn’t be more grateful for now they look after my dad. He is clean and appears happy. The flat is always clean and smells nice. It makes it a much nicer experience when I go to see him and I have peace
of mind that he is being looked after properly! He is now talking which he hasn’t done for a very long time. Thank you!
