We would just like to say a big thank you for all the love, care and support that you all gave to my dad during his illness and for making the last days as he wished to be spent at home. We would never have managed without you. We will be forever grateful to you all, you were a godsend to us.
I'm very happy with all the carers who are coming to look after my mum. They are very helpful and friendly, they even do more than they should. My mum also is very happy with the service they provide. Highly recommend.
My wife always remarked how caring and gentle the care team were whenever they visited and it was a comfort to know how well looked after she was in spite of only having the carers visit for a short period before she sadly passed away. Your carers are the most lovely caring people! They are gentle, kind and concerned, not only with the client but with family too! Always on time and never rushed. We’re not finished yet, but I highly recommend them!
Mum was frail and experienced some falls. We were able to take breaks away from Mum's care knowing that the carers would be there at certain times and she was safe.
We will be eternally grateful for the support we received, particularly when we were offered overnight care towards the end of Mum's life.

The carers that visit my 96-year-old mum are wonderful. They are friendly and caring, and at the same time professional. My mum is quite frail, and it hurts her to be moved around, so carers are very gentle when washing and changing her. They have been a Godsend.

The team are friendly, helpful and most importantly caring. Have been flexible in providing the best care possible. The medications are provided as part of the service and are reliably applied. When additional time is required, the team are not clock-watchers and get the job done. Thanks to the whole team.

I cannot fault the care my dad has received! After an awful experience with his previous carers I couldn’t be more grateful for now they look after my dad. He is clean and appears happy. The flat is always clean and smells nice. It makes it a much nicer experience when I go to see him and I have peace of mind that he is being looked after properly! He is now talking which he hasn’t done for a very long time. Thank you!

Andrew is a Mental Health trained Nurse with vast knowledge of caring for young and old adults with Mental conditions. He worked as a healthcare assistant before he became a nurse for 5 years. He has archived knowledge in caring and supporting people with personal care needs, nutritional needs, continence needs, skin conditions and needs, psychological and emotional needs, mobility needs and behavioural problems. Andrew has a management diploma and is able to manage Leelin Healthcare in a unique.
Ivy has a vast knowledge of end-of-life care. She has worked as a qualified nurse for the past 15 years. She holds a Diploma in Nursing and BSc in Public Health. She has knowledge in caring and supporting people with personal care, nutritional needs, continence needs, skin conditions and needs, psychological and emotional needs, mobility needs and behavioural problems. Ivy is a hard worker and very enthusiastic about her work.
Enthusiastic staff, full of zeal for work, knowledgeable in all aspects of care. They hold Complex care needs training and have completed vast training to cater for all your needs.
