Carers are caring, professional and kind. Office and management staff listen to me, take care to help me as soon as possible and I know I can count on their support. They find solutions to any issues. I am so thankful to having them in our lives.

I have nothing but praise for the lovely staff who look after my son. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. They support him with his health needs, and maintaining his diet, he always looks smart and his house is immaculate. I can relax knowing he is being well looked after.

I am thoroughly happy with my son's care. In every respect. Staff are so kind; and completely aware of his particular needs and responsive to them. Exclusive Care has also come up with ideas and initiatives (for my son to go swimming regularly, for instance) that have greatly added to his pleasure in life. I have complete trust in their care of him. I really don't see how it could be bettered.

Exclusive Care provide a friendly efficient service that puts my mind at rest that my mum is being looked after. Staff are friendly and my mum is happy having them visit her each day. The office staff are very efficient and easy to deal with.

Have been clients of Exclusive Care Services for just over a year now and during that time my mum has never had a complaint the care she has received. All the carers provide a consistent level of care. They approach mum with respect and are friendly in her company. When I am not present I have every confidence that my mum will have all her personal needs met and that she is left safe.

Over the last year there have been some issues but all is now fine. The service at home is superb with the carers performing really well. It is good to receive the rota to inform us.

The staff that visit my mum are very pleasant and friendly. Her personal needs are carried out with care and respect and lots of smiles! I am contacted by the care if they have any concerns, and they kindly leave notes if my mum is running low on provisions. This is most helpful. There are a few issues with the receipt of the rotas from the office, but other than that most matters are addressed promptly.

My stepdad has a lovely carer who comes to him. She is very caring and gives him choices in of food and drinks. Always communicates with the family. We are very happy with the care she is giving him.

A change of staff lately and they have got a lot better. Carers are friendlier and caring. Well done everybody keep it up.

Carers are friendly, cheerful and kind. My personal hygiene care and medication allocation are the best services the carers give. When feeling poorly a carer has stayed a lot longer past her allocated time until I feel better which I am grateful for ( for no extra charge). It would be nice to have a little more interaction with them but I realise they have their tasks to complete and to write up on their mobiles (a little too long sometimes)

All of the carers who have attended to me have been very attentive to what I say and have responded to what I want and have asked if they could do more. All have treated me with dignity, with a laugh, which for me is - "we don't do enough". All have been very satisfactory. When it comes to the office they could listen to clients a little more and not try to insist that their solutions are right.

My mother was cared for by this care agency for just over a year. She was totally dependent on the carers and had visits four times a day. The carers always spoke to her with respect and kindness and maintained her privacy and dignity at all times. When my mum was in her last few days of life their care was exceptional. I would highly recommend this care agency to anyone.

I have nothing but praise for the service given by Exclusive Care over the last eighteen months to our friend. Everyone involved in his care shows such great patience, concern and understanding of his condition. His welfare and well-being are always put first.

They took over a palliative care contract for my mum. We arranged a handover with the current care team and they turned up but had no interest in talking to the current care providers and in fact, seemed to be put out they were there. They had no empathy. They didn't understand basic things like using a wet sponge to moisten the mouth. They were meant to be there for 30 minutes each visit and sometimes barely stayed for 5/10 minutes. I would not recommend them.

I have nothing but praise for this company. The carers that came were all very cheerful and jolly. They treated my husband with the greatest respect and nothing was too much trouble for them. They took their time talking and making my husband comfortable and he always managed a smile when they left. They also made time for me, asking how I was coping and discussing and advising me on different issues. I felt very fortunate that we had been nominated this company for the last few weeks of my husband's life.

We found Exclusive Care team carers and management a great team, they were supportive and helpful during the weeks they came to my husband. We would recommend this service, it was a pleasure to meet them all.
