The service combines efficiency and effectiveness from the central office with a highly personal service from the caregiver. The care is such that mum welcomes the care and was happy for it to be extended to additional hours.

Helping Hands have provided outstanding care for my Mom over the last 12 months following her dementia diagnosis. They have enabled her to remain at home and maintain her independence in a way that is always respectful, compassionate, and dignified.
Mom has built genuine friendships with her care
team, which means so much to her and to us as a family. It has given us reassurance and comfort during a very challenging time. The alternative may have been residential care, so the support from Helping Hands has made a huge difference to all of us.
Their flexibility has also been invaluable, with care packages that can be scaled up or down as needed. They have consistently provided support, guidance, and genuine care throughout.
A special mention to Ellen and Paige, who have both gone above and beyond to support Mom and our family on this journey. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication have meant more than words can say.

My daughter who has complex health needs has been receiving home care from
helping hands for a number of years now. The service has always been excellent and the care my daughter receives from the carers is second to none. Would highly recommend Helping Hands

I feel so lucky to have chosen Helping Hands with regard to the care of my Mom. From day one they have been nothing but friendly , courteous and most importantly kind in their visits to mom. Due to my mom's ongoing mobility issues and now Parkinson's, they have given excellent advice and always been
there when I've needed them. I always feel comfortable knowing they will attend if I am not there at any time and I know that mom will be looked after. They've literally been the helping hands I've needed to help me take care of mom and keep her comfortable at home. Excellent team.

Overall, very satisfied, no cause for concern. All staff always very polite and helpful.

We have been using the service for approximately two years. We have always found all of the staff to be very professional and my husband feels they are very friendly and put him at ease when delivering personal care. Recently we had to request an earlier call as we had an appointment to attend. This
was easily accommodated and we left home on time and I was not stressed by rushing to get my husband ready. A big thank you to all of the staff who provide an excellent service.

Helping Hands have provided twice daily support through home care visits to my Mum since January 2021. Their carers are friendly, conscientious, supportive and reliable. Requests for amended support have been quickly and effectively responded to through contact with the local office. I am very happy
with the care provided and would have no hesitation recommending Helping Hands to others seeking home care support for loved ones.

We engaged the help of Helping Hands in April to care for my brother who has MMD and his three children. The carer who was given this job has been amazing. She has been punctual and professional in everything she does but more importantly, she has engaged with the children immediately in a caring
and kind capacity.
