There are not enough words to explain how excellent the staff are. Always very professional, and if required, they endeavour to cover a shift at short notice. Their clinical skills are exceptional, and they have high standards. I would always recommend Helping Hands.

Overall mum has been cared for very well. Having carers has made a big difference to her life. She is much more cheerful and happy. It also gives her someone different to talk to. There has been the off hiccup where the carer has been late but these things happen, she has never been left without a visit though.

Helping Hands, make a massive contribution to my dad. His mental health has definitely improved, alongside his confidence. He loves going out every week enjoying his time with his carer. She makes him laugh and she positively encourages him.

I found your staff extremly obliging and friendly in all areas of Helping Hands. No matter what I required them to do, it was done with a cheerful disposition. Fornituly, I am now well enough to cope by myself. I am waiting for a back operation. When I come from hospital, I will definitely require the assistance of Helping Hands again.

Excellent home care for my mum. The carers are all professional, kind and flexible in meeting her needs. Helping Hands are extremely reliable, responsive to changes in schedule and care needs and I highly recommend them.
