Crystalline Care is a brilliant organisation. Before they took over the caring of my father he was not in a good place. He was refusing food, wouldn’t talk, wouldn’t try to mobilise and lost huge amounts of weight. Once Crystalline Care took over there was almost a dramatic change. The manager
herself oversaw my father’s care right down to the last detail. She kept us as a family abreast of all developments, issues and concerns and drew up a very workable care plan to suit all concerned. She has been instrumental in motivating my father to eat to move around and talk. This company ensures that my father is most important and treat him with respect as a friend or family would.

The family have been extremely impressed with the entire scope of care offered to our mother. From the original meeting at which it was obvious that the Company would provide care specifically tailored to needs, everything was optioned and as it has transpired the staff go above and beyond their
duty in order to ensure the client is very well catered for. There are good levels of internal communication and the family updated as and when required of any untoward factors. I/we have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Crystalline Business Solutions - and it should be noted we have had other experiences that cannot be compared.
Definitely a 10/10

Very reliable! They are a very good agency and dependable - they were also available at short notice. They keep me well informed if they are going to be late.

The carer we have comes and checks on my mother's cleanliness regime, changes her sheets, gets her washing started and cleans/tidies her apartment. She is reliable - is either there on time or lets us know if she will be a little late - and very caring. We have discussed the care regime and I have
been impressed by the amount of thought she has put into it and her insights into the problems of dealing with my mother. The work she does helps us a lot as it relieves us of some of the burden of care each week.
