As a family we are super happy with the service level that my dad's carer provides. He has a very friendly and professional manner and always is very patient and helpful. He always listens to how my dad is feeling and adapts to his needs accordingly. The manager and the carer are always on hand and
are available to assist, its been a great support and for my dad and the family.

From July 2025 to December 2025 we were fortunate to have Maxwell and his team caring for our late father. They were efficient kind considerate supportive and respectful at all times and we are very grateful for all their help and support.

My Dad is receiving the best possible care. He is kept clean and comfortable and he responds well to the carers' kind faces when being fed. We couldn't ask for anything more during this difficult time.

The manager and his team always do their best to keep my dad comfortable and happy to the best of their capabilities. They are great at keeping me updated of everything happening and try to solve problems as they arise. The manager is always available (I think he needs to rest more) to help in any
feasible way. My family & I appreciate the dedication of the care team and although my dad can be challenging at times if he is frustrated or in pain, they remain calm and respectful.

Very impressed by carers patience and compassion. They made a difficult experience easier for both my partner and myself and I feel supported not just for him but myself also. Would recommend pamir homecare for anyone in our situation.

The carers are very friendly and professional. They are providing excellent care for my father, who feels comfortable working with them. Their daily help has provided much-needed assistance for my mother, which is much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who requires care for a family

Very good service from Pamir Homecare. The visits were always on time, the staff very helpful and courteous. They even went out of their way to help with additional tasks.

When my partner became bed bound I was unable to care for him myself. It was a hospice who organised carers to help with my partner's personal hygiene. The two carers were excellent. They came twice a day. They were always on time, very polite, efficient and gave me a lot of helpful advice. They
looked after my partner for 2 weeks until he sadly passed away. Thank you for all your help.

The 2 carers that we have had have been so caring and compassionate with my dad. They have been a god send in a time that is difficult they have provided the support and care needed. My mum never wanted anyone coming in to look after my dad but these 2 individuals have certainly changed her
perspective. We can't speak highly enough of them. Thank you.

Pamir's carers provide very kind and considerate care for my mother. They work tirelessly to make her comfortable, keep her clean, and fed, and make sure she takes her medication. They keep us updated about how she is, how well she's eating, and her general outlook. As a family, we enjoy peace of

Two carers in particular have been a huge and much-needed help. They've treated my husband with kindness and dignity, as he is at his all-time most vulnerable. Cleaning him, changing him, tending to him, and ensuring he is comfortable. We are very thankful as a family for their care.
