Passion Care staffing of Northampton were truly amazing in caring for my mother-in-law over many months.
They were always polite, caring and very patient with my mother-in-law.
There were times when my mother-in-law required emergency admissions to hospital. These events were carried out with
great efficiency and professionalism.
The Passion care staff were attentive and very respectful of my mother-in -laws home thank you

Passion Care started supporting me this April. They come on time, and the carers are lovely l would not mind having them five times a day. I would definitely recommend Passion Care to anyone needing support. They have a very high standard of care, very professional and they are making my life
enjoyable. Iam very comfortable at home.

The member of staff had only attended my mother in the last 2 days of her life. She came 3 times a day.
We could not have asked for anyone more gentle and caring than her carer. Not only was she compassionate and respectful, she was very competent in her caring duties and we felt my mother's care
was in safe hands. She knew just how to help with the personal care as well as the manual handling. I am a nurse myself and I knew straight away that her carer was clearly very competent.
Not only that, but she offered gracious and warm comfort to me when I was overcome with grief.
Before my mother became unconscious, she expressed how comfortable and safe she felt with her carer helping to look after her.
Thank you to Passion care for providing us with such an exceptional carer in my mother's previous last days in this life.

Passion Care Staffing carers are very helpful and understanding. If you are very ill, you can't do without them. If you are down, they will pick you up, always cheer you up and they know how to put a smile on my face. The staff know what they are doing and they are very professional. I would
recommend or refer them to anybody who needs care assistance without hesitation.

Amazing care given by two regular carers who are friendly, compassionate, kind and caring. They make my mum happy and smile every day. Lovely ladies who know my mum's routine and can tell when she is poorly.

I like a good meal, but Passion Care has rules and regulations that prevent that. They are not allowed to switch on the cooker, so the microwave is the only option, with myself it is 4 times a day. There are so many crazy regulations that it is almost impossible to live a carefree life. I would say
out of 1 to ten, and 10 being a high score, Passion Care should receive a 1.

My mother was confined to her room in 2017 with a severely arthritic knee. She could not negotiate stairs, even with assistance. From day one, the staff were prompt, efficient and caring and she loved them all. She needed a commode which was dealt with quickly and discreetly which is important to an
elderly person. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
