Passion Care staffing of Northampton were truly amazing in caring for my mother-in-law over many months.

Amazing care given by two regular carers who are friendly, compassionate, kind and caring. They make my mum happy and smile every day. Lovely ladies who know my mum's routine and can tell when she is poorly.

I like a good meal, but Passion Care has rules and regulations that prevent that. They are not allowed to switch on the cooker, so the microwave is the only option, with myself it is 4 times a day. There are so many crazy regulations that it is almost impossible to live a carefree life. I would say out of 1 to ten, and 10 being a high score, Passion Care should receive a 1.

My mother was confined to her room in 2017 with a severely arthritic knee. She could not negotiate stairs, even with assistance. From day one, the staff were prompt, efficient and caring and she loved them all. She needed a commode which was dealt with quickly and discreetly which is important to an elderly person. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
