Embrace home care provided care for my Grandma who had dementia, one of the main reasons we chose Embrace was because we received the same caregivers which provided consistency. All of the caregivers were so professional and friendly and always went above and beyond. Nothing was ever to much trouble
and the management team were great. I would highly recommend Embrace.

My caregiver is always the same person. Each week we go out together for coffee and a slice of cake. I highly recommend using Embrace Homecare they are smashing.

My husband unfortunately went into hospital unexpectedly and needed a home care package after leaving. After being recommended Embrace Homecare and giving them a call, they came to visit us in our home within 24 hours. We arranged all the care my husband needed, and it's been a godsend. If it wasn't
for them, he would still be in hospital now. Thank you.

My husband has dementia but when I pick him up he is always happy. The staff are cheerful and have different activities when he goes on the same day every week. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband is very happy at Embrace Day Centre and looks forward to going each week.
Embrace have a varied programme for the day centre and my husband enjoys the outings to the park and attractions in Blackpool where he relives memories.
The lunches are appetising and varied as afternoon tea
excellent value for the money.
To be collected and delivered home and extra bonus.

The family and I feel very fortunate that we were made aware of Embrace Home Care. From the very first meeting, everyone was so caring and professional. Knowing that Dad was in safe hands when attending his day care sessions really helped us, especially Mum, who benefitted greatly from having some
much needed respite and time to herself. All the staff have been amazing and took a real interest in Dad. The facilities at Embrace are immaculate and clean and the food and drink always plentiful. I cannot recommend Embrace highly enough.

Excellent care from the caregivers, my husband is so much happier knowing he is being given the very best of care. He has the same carers which means there's consistency all the time and they always go the extra mile to make sure he's happy. I cannot recommend the care company enough.

Used for respite whilst my normal carer away. Fantastic service from beginning to end, communication excellent, would definitely use Embrace again. I could not fault it al all and am now going to use Embrace for my mothers care too.

I just wanted to praise all the staff at Embrace for helping my mum in her final weeks. Nothing was too much trouble. They stayed past the time they were supposed to at night to ensure we all were comfortable with being left throughout the night. The kindness, empathy and dedication those girls show

Had help for my father since January this year, he was very reluctant at first but with Covid, we couldn't come over from Yorkshire to assist him. The staff at Embrace have been wonderful and he has gotten used to someone coming into his home, he has even accepted more visits a week. Thank you.

Very friendly, small number of carers so soon got used to them and they remember what my husband's routine is. Don't appear to rush in their caring.

I can't thank Embrace Home Care enough for the care they provide for my Nan. All the carers are so kind and caring, they always stay for the full hour and nothing is ever too much for them! They are an amazing company and the management team are also so helpful and kind. My Nan always says how she
looks forward to the carers coming. It’s such a relief knowing my Nan is happy. Would recommend Embrace to anyone, best decision we made.

After a fall outside, my brother needed help with personal care and support until he was able to manage again for himself. Embrace responded quickly to our call for help, began support the same day and for five weeks the team enabled him to rebuild his strength and confidence again.

Contacted Embrace re help for my mother and father in law. The best thing we ever did. They are very proud people who didn't want any fuss but needed a little something. Embrace came introduced themselves and did an evaluation of needs etc. They started the week after coming twice a week. My
mother in law was a little reluctant at first but now ...well she is thrilled. Embrace has taken the pressure off her. Now she can have some time for her instead of trying to do it all. The lovely carers cannot do enough for them. They do jobs my mother in law struggled with. Or they sit and have a chat with them both. Anything they want doing the ladies do without hesitation. All the carers are a credit to Embrace and themselves. Very professional, smart trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone who is struggling to make that choice. It was the right decision for us and I'm sure it will be for others. Fantastic glad I rang.
