They persevere with my wife and always do their best.
I have no complaints with your carers.

Initially my experience with the care agency was very poor. Some days my carer would not turn up without any notice, sometimes they don't come at all for my 3 days visits. I can say I am satisfied with their services now because they would let me know if they can't get a carer for me and reasons
behind it. The carers are good and they treated me with dignity in all this company and their staff are doing well. I can recommend Golden World Care Service to people who need a care giver to register with them. There has been a very good improvement.

The main carers provide excellent care towards my mum. Taking time to make sure her physical needs are met. There is a need to add to the core team but understand the pressures care agencies are under.

The carer is very friendly and very patient with my mother, always smiling. Nothing is too much for her. Our carer is punctual; always on time. We are extremely pleased with our carer, and Mother looks forward to her arrival on each visit.

This is a very caring agency which provides exceptional care. Staff are very passionate about the care they provide and build strong relationships with clients. The Croydon branch manager is fantastic at the care that is provided and very reliable. If I have any concerns, she is always there to help
solve them and I can always contact her over the phone. She is always willing to step in and provide care for me if needed. I have loved the relationship she has made with me. This is the best care agency I have used since having my stroke.

From initial assessment and starting with the agency, the staff are very caring, punctual and make a good bond with the person they are caring for. They make you feel comfortable and at ease with anything that is asked of them both for the person being cared for and the family. I would have no
hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing care. The keyword being Care.

I have used the carers form the agency for about two weeks, This carer knows their work and I have bee so happy, always looking forward to seeing them and I have become happier and my family are also happy.
