Swan Care now look after both my aging parents. we are extremely lucky to have their team caring for my parents. They speak Gujerati, the carers are polite, warm and nothing is too much. It's such a tough job and our family appreciates everything, throughout the ups and down. Thank you to Swan

The care swan care has provided is excellent and they are very good with my mum. They care with love and talk to her nicely involves her in conversation. They came in time and cleaned everything related to my mum. They regularly check the body and inform me about any small changes, they chat with
her and infrom her when doing each task, they try to catch up and speak some words in Arabic as that's her main language. They also prepare food for her when I am tired.

The two ladies that have worked for me were kind respectful and willing to do anything that was required. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

We've had the best care from Swan care, the care takers are lovely, comforting and very helpful.
The are punctual on time, address any issues that are related with me, sit and listen to and make a general conversation.
Makes one feel homely. An excellent care service.

Carers were wonderful to my mother-in-law. I liked how they initially came and worked out the plan of care. The carer spoke in Gujarati which helped and the carer was also tolerant of my mother-in-law who could get difficult in times of pain. Management helped to organise this care.

Swan Care have been looking after my father-in-law for a few months now for his personal care. The care they provide has been very reliable. We are all pleased with the level of service, communication, and professionalism. I would recommend this care company.

The care that my father received from the carers at Swancare was just phenomenal. They were patient and caring and spent so much time looking after my father. They tended to him with dignity, patience, and a sense of humour. The whole team was just phenomenal.

Our carer is very prompt, does whatever is expected of her and more if asked.
She has pleasant manners and gets on very well with my husband.
This gives me a chance to get ready for breakfast and some 'me time'.

We were pleased with the service provided by Swan Care Group. The carers were all Gujarati speaking which helped my sister-in-law. She was very comfortable and pleased with the care she was getting. They made sure she was not rushed and took their time with her. Thank you for taking good care of

Excellent service provided by caring and professional staff. Management listens carefully to client's requests, are always available for meetings and take immediate action to rectify any problems. Staff come in on time, are friendly and sensitive to the client's needs and are generally receptive to
implementing client’s requirements.

Swan Care has been providing my mum with excellent care and support since May 2023 to date. Her care has been a very person-centred plan and approach, therefore meeting all her needs. They’ve involved my mum, but also the rest of the family, in putting together a robust care plan. My mum is very
happy with the care and support she receives from the carers, as are we, her family. I highly recommend Swan Care for personalised care and for giving further support and advice required with all aspects of care. Thank you, Swan Care, for giving my mum the care she requires and for the support you’ve given us to make life less stressful.
