The name of the company says it all Second to None. I have used 4 or 5 agencies in the past for my daughter who has complex needs and I've never had such a positive outcome as I have had with this company. Kaitlyn who organises all the care regimes, can easily be contacted at all times if they run
late I'm informed by the staff. All the care staff are lovely and love to see my daughter when they come in. Always in contact with her asking about her day and how well she slept. The staff love to come here and that's very reassuring for us as a family. I would highly recommend this agency.

My 93 year old mother has been supported and cared for by second to none carers for a number of years following a fall but care has been stepped up following a stroke in January. The support from the organisation at this time was genuinely second to none, her care package was kept open and brilliant
overnight care provided to enable mum to come home from hospital. She is cared for by a small group of carers who know her well, and who cried when she went into hospital. They have been alert to a number of later health issues, so I was able to get an ambulance for a further stroke. I feel 100% confident to rely on their care and judgement, which is important as I do not live near by, and can only visit weekly.

Second to None have been a great addition to the residents care he has nothing but positive feedback. Regarding his care few mistakes made regarding key safe and pacts been put in inside bin but overall a good experience.

Staff at Second to None have consistently shown a high level of care and attention to detail when caring for my Gran. There have been a number of incidents of crisis in which they have acted quickly, with her best interests and the safety of both her and others at the centre of their approach.
During the most recent incident the team maintained excellent communication between my family, care providers and health professionals, to ensure my gran accessed the appropriate care. Since this incident, they have also kept in touch showing care beyond their role. The staff and particularly managers have gone above and beyond their role to safely care for my Gran and are always happy to assist wherever they are able. As a family we would highly recommend Second to None as a care provider.

I am vey happy with the care and support my friend receives from second to none care. They go above and beyond within his social calls and ensure he gets out and about in the community which helps him brilliantly. He enjoys the company of the care staff and looks forward to them visiting. I would

The team at Second To None Care Ltd have been fantastic. My Mother needed help after an illness and minor accident and the team have been extremely understanding tailoring visits to suit her personal care. Excellent initial visit with the team to determine our requirements and excellent on going
personal service. We were recommended to Second To None by friends and family already using their services.

I can't praise the staff at Second to None enough. When we had the storm at the end of January, my mum in law was left with no electricity, which meant no means of keeping warm or having hot food/drinks. After contacting the care company on their out of hours number and explaining the situation to
them, measures were instantly put in place to ensure that my mum in law was kept warm and safe. The carers went above and beyond, ensuring she had hot water bottles, which were regularly refilled, and hot soup and drinks. We can not thank them enough for what they did that day. The service they provided and continue to provide is as the name says Second to None.
It's made a huge difference to all of us knowing that my mum in law is receiving the care she deserves from a company we can rely on, and that actually cares.
Five stars. Well done to the team, especially those covering Langley Park.

Generally the staff attend close to the. time allocated. We have had no problems over the years they have attended..as in all occupations there are some staff go that extra mile. We hope this continues in the same way.

During a very difficult time, we found every aspect of care from staff extremely comforting in all their practical tasks which were carried out with compassion and efficiency. We would have no hesitation in recommending your company as a service provider.

Second to None has been very helpful in the care of my wife after her partial hip replacement and broken right femur in August.
Getting my wife home in December ready for Xmas was very good and the support Second to None has given is priceless.
They show a good understanding of her needs and are
always bright and happy and raise her spirits even on these cold winter days.
Keep up the good work it helps greatly.

I am so pleased I found Second To None Care. All of the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help even at last minute notice. They are very punctual and always make Dad feel at ease as he has dementia and can be confused at times. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking

Kind, responsive, effective, thoughtful care - My very frail and highly disabled mother has moved house very recently and begun to be looked after by Second to None Care. The management, office team, care co-ordinator and carers all have been excellent. They've been keen to listen and find out my
mum's individual needs, and to provide kind, responsive, effective and thoughtful care for her from day one. We've been very reassured by this excellent start, and we are very grateful.

I would like to thank all of the staff for the care and support they gave my Grandma in the last weeks of her life. Towards the end Grandma couldn't communicate very well and slept a lot, the carers took time to speak to her and explain what they were doing even if she could not respond. There were
several occasions where we had to ring and see if they could come earlier than planned and they always did their best to get there as soon as possible. Thank you again to all of the staff at second to none for their patience, help and support not only for my grandma but for us as a family as well.

I can't tell you how worried and apprehensive my elderly neighbour was about having carers at first, but the genuine caring and friendly approach of every carer helped her to make the transition as easily as possible. A year in and my neighbour is settled and content, she has routine and structure
to her week, and really looks forward to her visits, especially her outings! And I have peace of mind she is cared for and happy. The office staff always take the time to continually adapt her care plan, as my neighbour's needs change, and nothing is ever too much trouble, thank you all so much from us both.

All carers are very helpful, always very approachable and they will ask if there is anything more they can do to help me. They also help me with small jobs like putting bin bags in bins etc. This helps me be more safe from falls. The care is of the highest standard, from the carers to office.
Nothing is too much for them.

All carers provide the help required to allow for my dad to continue with an independent lifestyle, making food available, maintaining personal hygiene and ensuring all medication is administered, prompting when renewals required. All done with great empathy and cheerful manner. Thank you.
