Wow what can I say, every single member of this care company have shown the most compassion and care for their client that I have seen. Nothing is a problem, every need is met and they go above and beyond to treat their client with the utmost dignity and respect......these carers are exceptional , reliable, friendly and very confident in their role which puts the client at ease . All I can say is thankyou from the bottom of my heart for for making this person's day a lot brighter with every visit.

Second to None Care have been absolutely brilliant in looking after my mam at home. After a poor experience with another company my parents were both a little apprehensive about trying another but from the very beginning, their team showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and respect, which gave our whole family real peace of mind.

The carers are not only highly skilled, but also kind, patient, and attentive to my mam's individual needs (which are very complex) They are warm and friendly and always take the time to chat with her, making her feel comfortable and at ease rather than just focusing on tasks. It's clear they truly care about the people they support.

Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they go above and beyond to make sure my mam is safe, happy, and well looked after in her own home.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Second to None Care to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate home care services. They've made a difficult time so much easier for our family.

Proficient,friendly,caring staff

Although Kaitlyn and her team were only looking after my Mum for a short time, they were incredible. They treated my Mum with dignity and helped me in the last stage of her care which was naturally distressing. A big thank you to Susan for helping find a new home for Mum's dog after she passed, above and beyond the call of duty. (Sorry, this took so long to update).

My brother has learning disabilities and the care staff are great at providing him with the companionship he needs. They are lovely with him and engage well - they take him out into the community which he really likes as well as doing indoor activities. He really enjoys their company. The staff are all really helpful and I can highly recommend this company.

Have to say coming from a company that didn't do much for me or would twist if I asked anything I have come to second to none and I do not have one bad comment to make upon moving to them the coordinator came out she understood all that was asked from social worker and gave me what was needed for the support I needed. I have animals and children and they where all taken in respective and respected on my choices I have never met a company that is so kind caring and understanding they do everything that is asked and respect they have gave me normally I try and find one bad thing and I can honestly say I can't find non highly recommended and you will not be disappointed by your decision

On a different level to previous carers company

The name of the company says it all Second to None. I have used 4 or 5 agencies in the past for my daughter who has complex needs and I've never had such a positive outcome as I have had with this company. Kaitlyn who organises all the care regimes, can easily be contacted at all times if they run late I'm informed by the staff. All the care staff are lovely and love to see my daughter when they come in. Always in contact with her asking about her day and how well she slept. The staff love to come here and that's very reassuring for us as a family. I would highly recommend this agency.

My 93 year old mother has been supported and cared for by second to none carers for a number of years following a fall but care has been stepped up following a stroke in January. The support from the organisation at this time was genuinely second to none, her care package was kept open and brilliant overnight care provided to enable mum to come home from hospital. She is cared for by a small group of carers who know her well, and who cried when she went into hospital. They have been alert to a number of later health issues, so I was able to get an ambulance for a further stroke. I feel 100% confident to rely on their care and judgement, which is important as I do not live near by, and can only visit weekly.

Second to None have been a great addition to the residents care he has nothing but positive feedback. Regarding his care few mistakes made regarding key safe and pacts been put in inside bin but overall a good experience.

Staff at Second to None have consistently shown a high level of care and attention to detail when caring for my Gran. There have been a number of incidents of crisis in which they have acted quickly, with her best interests and the safety of both her and others at the centre of their approach. During the most recent incident the team maintained excellent communication between my family, care providers and health professionals, to ensure my gran accessed the appropriate care. Since this incident, they have also kept in touch showing care beyond their role. The staff and particularly managers have gone above and beyond their role to safely care for my Gran and are always happy to assist wherever they are able. As a family we would highly recommend Second to None as a care provider.

I am vey happy with the care and support my friend receives from second to none care. They go above and beyond within his social calls and ensure he gets out and about in the community which helps him brilliantly. He enjoys the company of the care staff and looks forward to them visiting. I would recommended to Second To None to anyone who is needing that extra support.

The team at Second To None Care Ltd have been fantastic. My Mother needed help after an illness and minor accident and the team have been extremely understanding tailoring visits to suit her personal care. Excellent initial visit with the team to determine our requirements and excellent on going personal service. We were recommended to Second To None by friends and family already using their services.

Generally the staff attend close to the. time allocated. We have had no problems over the years they have attended..as in all occupations there are some staff go that extra mile. We hope this continues in the same way.

During a very difficult time, we found every aspect of care from staff extremely comforting in all their practical tasks which were carried out with compassion and efficiency. We would have no hesitation in recommending your company as a service provider.
