My mam has had the carers coming for nearly a year now and have nothing but praise for them. They all are so nice, caring and patient they have helped my mam get through such a difficult year. I can not thank them enough they all do such an amazing job and we are all so very grateful to them

I cannot fault the care provided to my mam. The carers are considerate, affectionate and ensure my mam's needs are fully met. Lyndsey the care manager is amazing. Exceptional service. Thank you very much.

We been with thorncliffe for over 5 years now, most of the carers are lovely and are willing do to anything to help my mam. I would def recommend them. The management staff have always tried to sort out any issues I've had x

I cannot fault my main carer at all - she is excellent efficient and caring. Some other carers fail to empty bins, seem unable to make a bed properly and do dishes. I also dislike the smell of cigarettes especially when in close contact.
Like other service users I expect I would like a regular
relevant time slot but I appreciate the difficulty of scheduling.
Writing reviews is difficult because of the variety of experiences. It would be unfair to my main carer not to rate my care excellent.

Thorncliffe are easily the best care company we have ever had. The carers are lovely, especially Tracey and Gurd, they go the extra mile. They all look after my husband so well. Very caring and we have a good giggle too which we both love. We totally trust our carers too. Everyone is lovely. The
management are great too, very helpful, caring and understanding and caring towards me too which means a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thorncliffe to anyone needing care. First class.

I can honestly say Mam has the best carers in the world Thorncliffe Care you really do have amazing and very caring staff and don't know what Mam and we would do without your fantastic support. We love you all and you are all part of our family. I couldn't thank you all enough as would be
absolutely on my knees without you's. Mam gets totally spoilt especially off two carers in particular who are always bringing her little treats in as they know she loves her cake. Another treat today off one of the carers, mam's face speaks a thousand words.

Thorncliffe over the last 4 years have just been brilliant in caring for my mam. She is 93 years of age, and at that time of life she's at the stage where she needs taking care of. You can be very confident with Thorncliffe. From management down to the carers who call. They tend to their every
needs, such as meals, showers, medication etc. From the management to the carers nothing is a bother to them. I would highly recommend.

We can't fault the carers that come in and especially a few stand out more than others. They help me with getting her medication sorted out, and the problems that need sorting they help with.

From our first contact with Thorncliffe Care our experience has been excellent. All the staff are professional, friendly and very understanding. It is clear that the carers who provide services in people's homes are well trained and have the best interests of the person being cared for and their
family in everything they do. They will contact GP and District Nurses if they think a review is needed or they have information to pass on which affects the needs of everyone. They were excellent with my Mam before and after a stay in hospital and really supported us, as the family in trying to keep our Mam at home as long as possible. We would not have managed if it wasn't for the Thorncliffe Carers. Thank you so much.

Thorncliffe have provided care for my wife for 10 months. The staff are very professional, pleasant and polite. The office staff manage the operation to the client's needs. I would recommend Thorncliffe Home Care to anyone.
