This company provided care for my wife who has Alzheimer's. In my opinion, the carers provided did not have adequate training in the needs of Alzheimer's sufferers. They eventually said, in January 21, after visiting and providing basic care on a morning 9am and evening 6pm since March 2020, that
they felt uncomfortable providing care for my wife. Strange how nothing had changed, I was always at home, never seen any discomfort. Personally, I think they did not have the training or experience to relate to the client.
