My granny has jpm carers and they all treat her so well. They leave me detailed notes of their visits and call me if anything is wrong straight away they call me if they notice she needs something I have missed off the shopping they leave me a wee note which is great. My granny loves them all that

Absolutely shocking. Tonight my granny fell while the caretaker was in and she was sat with her on the floor. She called it in to her office and was then told just to leave her lying there and move onto her next client. What kind of service is that? Lucky the caretaker stayed until a family member
managed to get there. She’s now been taken to hospital but what kind of services is that when the management tells someone to leave an old lady lying on the floor after a fall absolutely shocking.
