I think the care I have received has been excellent. They have been very good in taking care of me and my home. Titi has been exceptionally good.

Cedar Oak have been caring for Mum for 10 months, they have been consistently reliable, helpful and kind in that time. Mum finds the carers friendly, polite and trustworthy. Mum usually has a combination of 3, sometimes 4 carers throughout the week and feels that they treat her with respect, dignity, patience and kindness. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Mum is a young at heart 80 year old with conditions that cause pain & discomfort and affect her mobility

I have been using Cedar Oak for my mothers bed bound care for 3 1/2 years. They are very reliable through weekends and holidays. The carers are very client focused and friendly. There is good management support. Thank you.

The care team from Cedar Oak were an absolute delight and comfort to us in difficult circumstances. Always willing to help or offer advice; on time and easy to talk to. We really appreciate everything they did for us and my Dad.

Our experience of the agency service for my wife has been exemplary - prompt, courteous, hygienic, kind and understanding. Care for my wife has been akin to a mother/daughter relationship. Nothing has been ignored and all requests have been met. The standard of carer (on a 24-hour live in basis) of whom we have experienced four to date, has never altered in any way. All have been able to provide an excellent service, for which my wife and I are extremely grateful.

The level of care my husband is receiving I am very happy. The staff have been excellent and also being patient with him. Keep up with the good job, has my husband sees the staff are his new extended family and always looking forward to bath days.

The carers are very diligent in the care of my mum. Most are good at communicating with us and keeping us up to date. They are friendly and kind. Sometimes I find that they have not communicated changes to each other. It would be good to have some contact with the office so that we can communicate through them.

Majority of the time the care is excellent, there was a few times in a week where the carer did not arrive until 10:15 - 10:30 which made my husband uneasy and aggressive for the rest of the day. It is good to see male carers as well now, my husband gets on with them. Now his usual carers are back, my husband is happy and content.

Your carers have both changed my mums life and ours as daughters. Its allowed us to be able to be daughters again giving mum back her dignity. Your carers look after mum and her home with extreme care and the personal touches that have lifted her spirits no end. Mum loves the consistency of the same carers returning to her and learning her ways of wanting care performed. Thank you from all of us in our family.

Our carers have been visiting 3 times per day to attend to my father and we are extremely satisfied with the personal care and attention that has been provided. They are friendly and always take the time to ensure that he is comfortable before leaving. We are also using them to administer all his medication at each visit and this has been a huge "weight lifted of us" and takes the pressure off trying to remember what medicine is needed and when. Would highly recommend this team of carers and we have a contact number 24 hours per day if needed

Cedar Oak Healthcare Services were consistently excellent. Excellent in the care they provided and communicated to the family. They were understanding and adaptable to the changing needs. Patient, understanding and sympathetic. Always accessible by phone and always the same carers which meant that a precious connection was formed.
