Fantastic service, care & support from all concerned at Cedar Oak towards Mum & Dad and all the family - thank you. Would highly recommend for anyone needing care support.

In general the service is very good and we are satisifed but where some staff are very helpful and do cleaning and washing up in the 45 min allotted as well as cleaning and changing patient others may do changing and cleaning patient only then sit and wait for the 45 mins to pass. It would be better
if they had a list to work to. This only applies to a few where as others are very helpful and cannot be faulted.

Cedar Oak have been supporting me at home for around a year. They help me with washing, dressing, meal preparation and domestic chores. I've found the carers to be respectful, friendly, thourough and polite. I usually have a team of the same 3 carers on a rota throughout the week and have built a
warm relationship with them over the course of the year. They handle things with dignity and kindness. We've built a nice rapport and I would highly recommend them to others in my position. They also communicate well with my daughter when the need arises.

The regular care visits to my elderly and frail mother have been very well received. My mother was struggling and since Cedar Oak have taken over her care she is much brighter and being very well cared for. The staff are lovely and really do care.

The carers are always cheerful & helpful & eager to please. They cheer me up when I'm feeling grumpy. They also seem to be fond of lily my cat, who can be a bit of a nuisance.

Cedar Oak carers are considerate and treat me with respect. When issues have occurred, management have listened and acted upon our concerns. Overall a good care company.

My mum has now been using this care team for 16 months, and the care team has been fabulous, with some of them becoming an extended family.
Have called office to praise various staff, and the message dont get passed on.

I write as one who has experienced more than three years of continuous service, from Cedar Oak staff, based upon 'living-in', the whole period. Standards have never dropped, the safety report, at no time have I found less than a total devotion to their duties, shown by a considerable range of
individuals, during that period.

My Mum has been having carers three times a day since May 25 and I have to say on the whole they have been fantastic. They now always try to send the same person to her (5 days out the 7), and that member of staff is so lovely. She always treats my mum with respect and really cares for her welfare.
They have built up such a lovely dynamic, and as a daughter i have complete faith in her ability.
I think they provide an amazing service at a very reasonable rate and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I think the care I have received has been excellent. They have been very good in taking care of me and my home. Titi has been exceptionally good.

Cedar Oak have been caring for Mum for 10 months, they have been consistently reliable, helpful and kind in that time. Mum finds the carers friendly, polite and trustworthy. Mum usually has a combination of 3, sometimes 4 carers throughout the week and feels that they treat her with respect,
dignity, patience and kindness. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Mum is a young at heart 80 year old with conditions that cause pain & discomfort and affect her mobility

I have been using Cedar Oak for my mothers bed bound care for 3 1/2 years. They are very reliable through weekends and holidays. The carers are very client focused and friendly. There is good management support. Thank you.

The care team from Cedar Oak were an absolute delight and comfort to us in difficult circumstances. Always willing to help or offer advice; on time and easy to talk to. We really appreciate everything they did for us and my Dad.
