In general the service is very good and we are satisifed but where some staff are very helpful and do cleaning and washing up in the 45 min allotted as well as cleaning and changing patient others may do changing and cleaning patient only then sit and wait for the 45 mins to pass. It would be better if they had a list to work to. This only applies to a few where as others are very helpful and cannot be faulted.

Cedar Oak have been supporting me at home for around a year. They help me with washing, dressing, meal preparation and domestic chores. I've found the carers to be respectful, friendly, thourough and polite. I usually have a team of the same 3 carers on a rota throughout the week and have built a warm relationship with them over the course of the year. They handle things with dignity and kindness. Cedar Oak have been caring for Mum for 10 months, they have been consistently reliable, helpful and kind in that time. Mum finds the carers friendly, polite and trustworthy.
