The level of care my husband is receiving I am very happy. The staff have been excellent and also being patient with him. Keep up with the good job, has my husband sees the staff are his new extended family and always looking forward to bath days.

Majority of the time the care is excellent, there was a few times in a week where the carer did not arrive until 10:15 - 10:30 which made my husband uneasy and aggressive for the rest of the day. It is good to see male carers as well now, my husband gets on with them. Now his usual carers are back, my husband is happy and content.

Your carers have both changed my mums life and ours as daughters. Its allowed us to be able to be daughters again giving mum back her dignity. Your carers look after mum and her home with extreme care and the personal touches that have lifted her spirits no end.
