I am not someone who leaves reviews for organisations but I've felt compelled to leave a review for Azure Care. Our whole experience has been nothing short of exceptional, from initial contact, initial in-person meeting, the introduction of my mum's carers and the kindness and professionalism shown
by both careers who come every day to look after my mum. We've had previous experience of care for my father and this is a whole other level. The carers are super-diligent and have a wonderful manner with my mum - it's like she's being looked after by her own daughters. Nothing is too much trouble and they are reliable, proactive and fastidious about how they go about their work and making a record of what's happened. You have free access to an app where you can see the rota for the coming week and all their notes for previous visits. It's absolutely amazing. I cannot praise them highly enough (and I'm not that easy to please). Thank you to the whole team.

AZURE Care have been providing home care for my wife for the past seven months . The carers that come each day show real profeshanlism in there aproach and actions to any situation that they find at each visit.Somtimes the situation is normal other times it can be quite stresful and messy, and
they just deal with it . They are always cheerful. They have a calming attitude ,sympathetic and compasant way of working. They are an excellent company

We are extremely pleased with the professionalism, dedication, and friendly care provided to our mum during this period. Personally, I don't think I could have managed without the support your team gave us.
While we were initially concerned that my mother might a bit shy about having carers, she
has been happy being looked after by your team from day one. From chats about cooking and make-up to mini head massages she enjoyed spending time with them.
We would not hesitate to recommend your services. The original assessment, back up support from the office and day to day care certainly warrants the"Outstanding" level you have been awarded by your association.

Azure have been invaluable in providing home care for my father, who has Alzheimer's. The entire team are a pleasure to deal with, whether by email or in person, and they are always incredibly responsive whenever I have a query.
Every carer who has visited has been attentive and genuinely kind, and
I have never had any hesitation or worry about leaving Dad in their hands. The respite care Azure provide has been an absolute godsend, allowing the rest of our family to have some semblance of normal life. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Azure are the best care company we have used to support our 97 year old mum's needs. The staff from the office to the carers are always polite, helpful and really go out of their way to accommodate mum's needs. Recently she has needed 24/7 care and the two carers covering this have been outstanding.
Such lovely people who genuinely care about our mum and work hard to look after her. Mum has loved them both and we all completely appreciate their caring kindness and total respect for her.

I'm very happy with the care I receive from my carers they all treat me well and give me dignity when needed, I do have some carers I see more of but I get on with them all. It's really nice to be able to talk to my carers.

Azure have been providing wonderful care for my uncle and auntie for over 6 months now. It is a great comfort to our family living over 200 miles away and unable to get to visit as much as we would like to know our relatives are in such good hands. Right from the start when we first met with Azure
we knew our relatives would be well looked after and we had found the right carers. They are kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable as well as being very well trained. The management and office staff are easily contactable and always willing to give their time to update us on our relatives care. They have gone over and above in the past providing a hospital welfare visit to my uncle when family and close friends were unable to be there.
As a family we have really noticed a big improvement in my uncles overall wellbeing since he and my auntie have been under the care of Azure.
I couldn't recommend them more highly.

My mother has been in the care of these ladies for a year now, after a series of falls left her hospitalised for 12 weeks. Once home, her biggest wish was to return to independent living.
With the care and support from the team at Azure Care, she has become stronger in her body, but more
importantly, regained her confidence to help her live independently. The girls are super friendly and encourage mum with her every day tasks, such as chair exercises designed to build up her strength, but most importantly provide reassurance and support with every visit and earn mums trust. A year on and mum can now move around her home independently, and this is down to the encouragement and help that the team offer at every visit.
From a personal perspective, I find the staff extremely flexible and approachable, allowing adaptions to mums weekly rota at short notice but also regularly taking the time to review the level of care mum requires and suggesting changes that puts mum first.

My Sister and I started using Azure care for my Mother back in May 2024. Finding the right care agency can be very challenging and stressful. As soon as I met with Azure they put my mind at rest. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable caring and very supportive. The wonderful staff look
after my mum in a respectful loving patient and caring manner.I feel at ease to know that she is in very safe hands.
There is so no doubt that we definitely made the right decision choosing Azure to care for our mum, who suffers with Alzheimer's.Any support and guidance we need as a family navigating through many challenges Azure do not hesitate to help.When mum returned home after a stay in hospital when she had an operation they very promptly helped organise extra care including overnight care.This relieved some of the stress that we were under and reassured us that mum had the care she needed.
I would not hesitate to recommend Azure to anyone looking for care for themselves or a loved one.

Following being let down by my previous independent 'carer', I can now honestly say how true the expression 'every cloud has a silver lining' means to me . I feel truly blessed that circumstances have given me such a valued opportunity to be a client of Azure Care..
I can only express my thanks and
gratitude to my carers who attend to my needs in such a professional yet compassionate way. Thankyou . Also I'm really grateful to the amazing management staff who have been there for me to help me at times when I needed them. Obvious to me is the dedication and compassion of the staff and carers.

I am very pleased with the care, that my mum receives. The carers are very patient looking after her considering her dementia and age.
The carers always attend as advised.
I like the app that enables us to see how she is on a daily basis.
They contact me if there are any issues or worries that
concern the carers.

Azure care were a fantastic help when my Father was discharged from hospital with no notice to the family (That's another story!). A quick call to Azures out of hours service and a member of staff was at his house within the hour to check on his needs. I can't fault the care and attention my father
receives despite his ocassionally difficult nature.

Azure Care and all members of the carers and admin I have met have been the most caring professionals you could wish to meet within the care industry. From the initial meeting to decide whether to choose Azure Care, to the incident where my mum's carer found her in an emergency situation and went
above and beyond her role in staying with my mum until an ambulance arrived, proves to me and my family that their services could not be bettered.

I really appreciate the excellent care your ladies give me. I'm in a really happy mood after they finish their work.
It's worth every penny my children pay for the visits.
It makes me happy to hear the lady wake me up as they creep around quietly to prepare my breakfast before they wake me up.

As a family, we had been caring for Mum for a few weeks when we decided she needed help. The Azure team arrived promptly and made an assessment of Mum's needs and a plan of care within hours. The first carers arrived but a couple of hours later. They were absolutely life savers. They were kind.
respectful, and compassionate to both Mum and us as a family. We will be forever indebted to them in our time of greatest need.

From the initial assessment visit, I was confident that my dad would be treated with compassion, care and dignity and this company delivered just that. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and can only say thank you for making my dad's last few days comfortable and with dignity. Not only

The care I receive is very good, and they understand what I require on a day-to-day basis. They talk to me like a human being, not just a piece of meat. They also treat the family well and explain any changes they wish to make to my care. The only issue I have is over timings when they come, mainly
at weekend; I don't want 7-7.30 am, I would like 8 to 8.30 am. I know it's not always possible, but if they could look at this problem. They also need to inform me of changes in carers, as at present, they don't.
