Despite numerous complaints to this company regarding the carers just walking in, irregularity of visits, carer shouting at my father, no record of visit and what has been carried out, yet again my father who has dementia is absolutely traumatised and petrified at a man walking g into his flat at
8pm on a Saturday night when he is sound asleep to make his dinner that he should have had between 4.30 and 5.30 pm. My father has gone to bed with no meal made and is now in a total state about someone he does t know arriving in his flat late at night. This company should seriously not be allowed to operate and I will be taking action on this.

Un-organised administration. Employing people who are obviously not suited to care. Our Mum was overdosed by a carer and could have died. A carer looked under Mum's sheets and saw she had soiled the bed, covered her up and left her. Dropped medication. Lots of times no carers were available and
family had to cover the calls. Always too late or too early. With all of that said they actually had 3-4 outstanding carers who went above and beyond. Any time we complained about things we were threatened with 28 days' notice which would potentially leave us without a care package for our Mum who has severe dementia.

No continuity in arrival times, often can't staff calls and expect family to cover at short notice, now refusing to cover calls 0.6 mile from their office. Not even had the courtesy to notify me in person. Very disappointing!
There are much better care providers out there!
