My husband has been receiving care for a couple of years ad it has been excellent. He has a few different ones and all of them have been very good. They are kind and considerate not only to my husband but to me too. I always feel relaxed knowing that he is receiving such good care. The office team
are always there too if I need anything. A big thank you to La Vie En Rose.

Overall it has been a positive experience with a good team of hard working carers being sent. I have found them to be polite, positive and caring in their support, especially when their task has not been pleasant. Even then, though they still joke and laugh with me. It does feel that there is very
little flexibility for them. Experienced teams have to hang around a bit longer with a new team member of if they are delayed by bad traffic or roadworks. I hope they are well rewarded for their efforts.
