The Review Score of 8.7 (8.667) out of 10 for La Vie En Rose Ltd is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.
a) The Average Rating is 4.7 out of 5 from 3 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.0 out of 5 from 3 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.
The Average Rating of 4.667 for La Vie En Rose Ltd is calculated as follows: ( (13 Excellents x 5) + (4 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 18 Ratings = 4.667
b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').
The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)
The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for La Vie En Rose Ltd is based on 3 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 4
When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Operations Manager
Joined: 2022
I joined La Vie en Rose in February 2022, bringing with me over 15 years of experience in the care sector. Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of roles, both frontline and managerial, gaining a deep understanding of person-centred care and operational excellence.
My journey began as a care assistant, where I developed a strong foundation in hands-on support and built a genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives. Over the years, I progressed into office-based roles and have since worked extensively in recruitment, staff coordination, compliance, training, and care service management, including in both domiciliary and complex care settings.
I’m deeply committed to delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals to live as independently and comfortably as possible. One value that has guided me throughout my career is simple but powerful: “Treat others the way you would like to be treated.” This principle shapes every aspect of my work, from how we support clients to how we build our team culture.
In my role as Operations Manager also Provider, I am responsible for motivating, guiding, and supporting our staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. I particularly enjoy team development and creating a positive, supportive working environment that allows carers to thrive and clients to feel truly valued.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and learning about different cultures, which helps me connect with people from all walks of life.
At La Vie en Rose, I’m proud to be part of a dedicated, professional team that goes above and beyond every day. As the saying goes, “Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships”—and I’m grateful to contribute to a team that lives by that philosophy.
Job Title: Registered Manager
Joined: 2016
My name is Slawomir and since 2023 I have held the position of Registered Manager at La vie en Rose Ltd.
Outside of work, I am a proud husband to an incredible woman and a father to two wonderful children. In my free time, I have a deep passion for travel and enjoy discovering hidden corners of the world. I also appreciate good food—especially the meals prepared by my better half.
I enjoy reading, watching good films, and listening to music. I’ve had the same playlist for over 15 years, which may suggest I’m a bit old-fashioned, but I remain open to new experiences—particularly when it comes to technology. I’m enthusiastic about all things tech, from action cameras and drones to game consoles, smart TVs, cars, and even smart home systems.
I’m an optimistic person with a strong sense of humour. I often crack so-called "dad jokes" at the most unexpected times—because I truly believe that laughter is the best medicine. One principle I live by is: “If you’re going to do something, do it 100% or not at all.” While this mindset can sometimes be demanding, it drives my commitment to excellence and directly influences the high standard of care we strive to deliver at our company.
With over nine years of experience in the care sector, I have built a comprehensive and hands-on understanding of the industry by progressing through every level of care work. My career began in domiciliary care, where I worked directly with clients in one-to-one settings. Over time, I advanced into roles such as Team Leader, Supervisor, and Care Coordinator, gaining extensive experience in both operational management and frontline care delivery.
Throughout my career, I have worked on complex care packages, both during the day and overnight, which has sharpened my decision-making skills and ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations. I have completed numerous specialized training courses in complex care, continually expanding my knowledge and practical capabilities.
I place strong emphasis on maintaining direct communication with both clients and staff, understanding its critical importance in ensuring high standards of care. I am highly adaptable, open to development, and motivated by the dynamic nature of care work—no two days are the same, and that variety is one of the aspects I value most. I look forward to the opportunities each new day brings in this profession.
