Over the last few years I could not fault Sirius Homecare.
Professional and caring support from the whole team.
I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the way Sirius Homecare cared for mum and dad.

My mum receives excellent care from her carers. She first was introduced to Sirius through a couple of social visits a week and then, after my mum had a fall and was in hospital for 3 weeks, since leaving the hospital 6 months ago, has received 3 calls each day, the carers always punctual and
caring.
I also find the admin team really helpful and supportive. I definitely recommend Sirius Homecare if looking for a dependable home care provider!

The team at Sirius are wonderful. We trusted them all completely with the care of our mum. The team in the office were great at communicating any concerns or suggested changes to mum's care as her needs changed. The carers are just amazing and we felt they became our extended family who cared for
Mum right to the very end with humour, love and compassion. I would highly recommend Sirius Homecare to anyone family who are considering care for their loved ones. We couldn't have done it without them!

Sirius Homecare in Hull East Yorkshire must be the best home care providers.
There can't be any other better company??
Everyone of the carers and the office staff are very good and do an excellent job of caring for me every day.
They are all so professional and one outstanding feature - they are
always on time.
They are all so friendly and caring.
I get the impression that's it more than a job to them all. They like to do whatever care is required.
I have every confidence in them all.
I cannot recommend them all highly enough.

All of the carers who attend to my mams needs do so in a very professional, caring,friendly and efficient manner. My mam looks forward to their visits.
The office staff are always available and deal with any changes quickly and thoroughly.
As a family we are very happy with the service provided
by SIRIUS and would (and have) recommend them to others.

Very considerate, attentive, professional care provided by all Carers that have visited my Mum in recent months. The administration team are also friendly, efficient, helpful and professional whenever i have had contact with them.

The care provided for my mum over the past few months has been wonderful. The care was particularly excellent when she came out of hospital after a replacement hip operation in October 2024 and required additional care.

Have complete trust in Sirius Home Care. All the staff are pleasant. friendly, caring, compassionate and professional. I am particularly impressed with the way staff adhere to policy and procedure. I am always updated if there are any concerns etc relating to the care of my mother. It is evident
that Sirius invests in their employees, in terms of training and development. I highly recommend the service provided.

Excellent in every aspect of the care provided everyone is very helpful and goes above and beyond what they are expected to do. The company provides excellent service and value for money. They are very professional in their approach to all aspects of the business.

From my initial conversation with one of the staff, through to the now-established morning visits from Sirius carers, as a family, we have been very happy with the service provided. It is so much more than a service, however, as all carers are extremely kind thoughtful and understanding. Sirius has
really helped us through a difficult period with real professionalism and genuine care.

When my mum needed some extra help with personal care Sirius helped my dad and me with some plans to help her. She has been very resistant to these plans, however, the care team at Sirius have helped to change the plans to support my mum. Always respectful, polite accommodating to my dad. Thank you

Excellent, sympathetic carers who did a very difficult job with total professionalism - but also with the utmost patience, empathy and respect. The kind of people who look after your loved one the way you want them to be looked after.

I have always found Sirius caring and responsive over the four months since we started to use them for my aunt. I can phone at any time to discuss care needs. Staff always arrive on time and stay for the allotted time. Carers are friendly, caring and able to fulfil household tasks too. The online
reporting system is extremely useful as we live fifty miles away and know straight away what has been done and how my aunt is. It is reassuring to know she has had a hot meal, hot drinks and washing etc has been done. The office staff are all approachable, friendly and offer advice and reassurance as needed.

Professional, caring, supportive and very patient. Would recommend without hesitation. Don't put off moving to care in the home, it works. Keeps our loved ones in their own home for longer, safely. Sirius keeps you up to date with any changes, however small. Sirius staff simply care.

They really care about all aspects of home care. You always feel that they are trying to improve all of the time, looking for ways to take care to the next level. Two-way communication is over and above what I expected. Both my mother and I are extremely happy. Absolutely would recommend to anyone,
the attention to detail to get it right is a credit to all Sirius employees.

We have been very pleased with the small group of ladies coming to visit Mum, it is nice for her to see familiar faces on a daily basis. All the carers are very friendly and professional. When we have had to contact head office for any reaso, they have always been very helpful.

After chatting to my mum over the last couple of weeks, I am really pleased with the positive effect it has had on her everyday life. She is getting up and ready for her call and everyone has been helpful and understanding and I think it is giving her purpose and making her feel less anxious. Before
we asked Sirius to come in and give support, my mum was spending a lot of time feeling anxious, lonely and not looking after herself when her family were unable to visit. So seeing her talking about getting out for a walk or a drive is really pleasing. It is also really helpful to know she will have support every day, should she need. Thank you.

The care Mum receives allows her to stay in her own home, which with her growing dementia is important. The carers are great with her and she looks forward to them arriving. I know I can increase care as we need it and being able to easily access the office is great.
